I was looking for another photo that would illustrate this quote when I came upon this one of Sophie walking into the light. Walking with my dogs is such a gift. It makes me slow down and really appreciate the beauty all around us in every season and all kinds of weather. Real, lived experiences enrich and inform our lives as books cannot. Go out and smell the roses!
