People always ask us if we compete My answer is yes obviously! but only with the one person that even has a chance lol 👆 my best friend and my partner in crime, the only human that can match my energy every day and make it look easy This is a special day this Mark’s 10 years of dedication Whether it’s Christmas New Year’s Valentine’s Day, whether it’s winter or summer we have literally not lost our invisible, six pack one time in the last 10 years (sorry did I say six pack? My six pack has a six pack ) 🤷🏻‍♂️lol And by the way, we’re not skinny lol anybody who weighs 160 pounds or in a girl’s case 99 pounds can have a six pack I weigh 210 pounds walk around @ 8 to 10% body fat year round She weighs 132 pounds. She walks around that at least 12 to 14 year-round so when people tell us, and do they ever tell us! “you could and should get on stage”, they’re not wrong The difference is we already won 💃 🕺 The only thing we’re chasing is each other every day and ourselves yesterday imagine being so far ahead that you don’t even need a rearview mirror anymore Now stop imagining and get up and do something about it 🤷🏻‍♂️ you guys are ALL AMAZING everyone of you. 🤝I’m not just saying it. if you get up and push past all the noise and all the bullshit, you’ll see it. ❤️ <— I’m leaving a red heart here. That’s how much I mean that.🤝 by @faris.just.faris
“Diabolical” lifts for killer shoulders 💪 Failing here means you won by @faris.just.faris
People ask me how they break through plateaus, especially. when it comes to their shoulders Everyone believe me when I say this F**k you shoulders GROW <—— YES that’s literally my secret. I yell that at them every time I work out lol I don’t know what it is, but they seem to listen😂😝 🤷🏻‍♂️ Also, in case you want to remove the satire from this post and get some real shit done, FIND THE GYM “cough cough @therealmfitness “ that makes it impossible not to grow SUPERIOR Atmosphere✔️ Equipment✔️ Environment✔️ Management✔️ Equals superior results Don’t pick your gym, let it pick you. No idea what that means, hey? Yep, you haven’t been to the right gym yet. 💪 by @faris.just.faris

Everyone talks about how lucky me and her are 🍀 -you’re so lucky you have time for things like this -You’re so lucky you had good genetics. -you’re so lucky you found a wife that works You’re so lucky. for this and that and this Oh man you’re the greatest at so many things , but you know, lucky you are you had this that and the other Man sometime I wonder. how confused my parents must’ve been . at my gender reveal when they realized they were having a half leprechaun ☘️ half GOAT 🐐 😎😜 💪 The only thing I’m lucky for is I knew how to capitalize on every goddamn opportunity I had. and that I’m man enough to grind myself into dust every day I fail in one day more than most people try in a lifetime Try that lucky charm on. See how it fits by @faris.just.faris
@nebbia_ca modified hoodie lol people kept asking me where I got the sleeveless hoodie from NEBBIA from my last few posts I love this hoodie from Namibia and the pants that came with it. But what’s the point of having arms if you can’t show them? I took it to my tailer and got him to make it into something worth somebody who has the shoulders to show Oh, and I bought a brand new NEBBIA tank that I’m wearing under it What that’s the same when I’ve been wearing? Yes, and no I’ve put on an about 8 pounds of size in the last few months here translating into some serious inches in my upper body So had to upgrade to a bigger size, in order to show more of that @therealmfitness gains 😜 by @faris.just.faris
