Just had the best experience with my parents meeting Pittsburgh Dad creators Curt Wootton and Chris Preksta at their signing here at Fine Wine & Good Spirits in Pittsburgh 🙂 Chris took this picture of me and my parents with Curt. Curt and Chris were SO nice and I was thrilled to have met them since I’ve been such a huge fan of Pittsburgh Dad for such a long time 🙂 And I loved how Curt dressed in character for the signing. Today marks 3 years since God called you back home Chris and my heart still aches over you being gone 😢💔 But, I’m still trying my best every day to stay strong for you and help keep your memory and spirit alive like I know you would want me, your family, your friends, your former fellow Dream Street band members (Greg Raposo, Jesse McCartney, Frankie Galasso, and Matt Ballinger), and all your other fans to do ❤️ My heart still sinks to the bottom of my chest and I still feel numb every time I think about you being gone Chris especially since Covid-19 was what took you from this world. But I’m eternally grateful for the wonderful 1 1/2 hour-long Skype video call that I got to have with you the night before Super Bowl LII because that was a night I will never forget and always cherish. I’m also grateful that I saved to my phone the portion of that call you posted to your Instagram page the day after we had it 🙂 I know that you’re having a dance party in Heaven like only you know how to do Chris and that you’re watching down from Heaven at all your loved ones, friends, fans, and fellow former Dream Street members with that warm and loving smile you had 🙂❤️ May your wonderful soul Rest in Paradise, Power, and Peace Chris ❤️ And as a tribute to you today, here’s a look back at the tribute video your fellow former Dream Street band members made for you.

Today you would’ve been 36 years old @christrousdaleofficial 😭💔. But, I know you’re having a huge dance party up in Heaven with all the other angels to celebrate your birthday as only you know how to do. Happy Heavenly 36th Birthday Chris. 🙂. On this day last year, I found out the extremely heartbreaking and devastating news that the lead singer (and also my favorite member) of my ALL-TIME favorite boy band #DreamStreet @christrousdaleofficial tragically passed away due to COVID-19 complications. 😭💔. Chris was just 9 days short of his 35th Birthday when he passed away. When I found out he was gone, my heart just sank deep into my chest and my body went numb. I’ll never forget the wonderful opportunity I had to Skype with Chris the day before Super Bowl LII after he picked me as the winner of a contest he had on his Instagram page. 🙂. That 1 1/2 hour-long Skype call we had together was something that I will cherish for the rest of my life and I’m SO thrilled that I saved on my phone the portion of the Skype call he added to his Instagram story the day after we had it. 🙂. Chris, thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving me that chance to talk with you because you were SO genuine and kind to me. 🙂. I’m keeping your memory and spirit alive ALWAYS by continuing to listen to both your solo music and the music you and Dream Street created together. 🙂. And I sincerely hope that your fellow former Dream Street members Greg Raposo, Jesse McCartney, Frankie Galasso, and Matt Ballinger are missing you as much as I know your family, friends, and all your fans are. RIP Chris ❤️.
