POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED
This reel makes me want to do the whole day all over again. ❤️

It captures so much of what the event LOOKED like.

The room. The women. The stage. The energy. The beauty of what we created together.

But what it can’t quite capture is the depth of what happened inside that room.

We talked about what it means to live and lead UNCENSORED.

Not louder. Not sharing every thought that enters your head. 😆

But what happens when you stop diluting the things you know, want, believe and want to create because you’re worried about how they’ll be received.

And I keep thinking about what that means in BUSINESS too.

Because some of the most brilliant women I know are sitting on an enormous amount of value.

Years of experience. Ideas that could become incredible offers. Things they know how to do exceptionally well. Work that could genuinely change something for another person.

And yet so much of it never gets the opportunity to DO anything because we keep it in our heads.

We keep refining it privately.

We tell ourselves we’ll put it out there when we know exactly what it is, have the perfect plan, or feel more certain people will want it.

Meanwhile, nobody can buy it, experience it or be impacted by it.

And YOU don’t get to discover what happens when your idea finally meets the people who might actually need it.

That is a form of censorship too.

And I think that’s the part of UNCENSORED I’m most interested in now.

What happens AFTER you decide you’re done holding back?

What do you create? What do you sell? What do you ask for? What do you finally put in front of other people?

And yes…

What are you willing to let yourself make MONEY from?

Because I want women’s ideas and expertise out in the world where people can experience them, be changed by them, know us for them AND pay us for them.

That’s a huge part of why I created Revenue First.

Five live days starting September 28 to take what’s been living in your head and start moving it toward real buyers and real revenue.

Because UNCENSORED was never supposed to end when we left that room.

Now we do something with it.

You can build a life that looks right to everyone else…
and still feel completely disconnected from it.

Because the problem isn’t always what you’ve built.

It’s who you built it for.

There’s a version of success that gets rewarded early.

The one where you:

✔ make the right decisions
✔ choose the stable path
✔ become someone people are proud of
✔ build a life that “makes sense”

And if you’ve done that well…

you don’t question it right away.

Because it works.

But over time, something starts to feel off.

Not dramatically.
Subtly.

You overthink decisions that should feel simple.
You edit what you actually want to say.
You need people to understand your choices before you make them.

That’s what I call the Applause Identity.

It’s the version of you that learned how to be liked, approved of, and respected…

and then started building a life from that place.

And here’s the part no one talks about:

It works.
Until it starts costing you.

The cost looks like:

> second guessing yourself constantly
> feeling disconnected from your own decisions
> not even fully knowing what you want anymore
> feeling like you’re performing… even in your own life

And the biggest one?

The mental load.

The constant “how will this land?”
“will this make sense?”
“will they approve?”

When you stop building for applause…

everything changes.

You make decisions faster.
You stop rehearsing conversations in your head.
You say what you actually mean.

And the biggest shift?

Relief.

This is the work I’m doing inside Beyond Applause.

If you saw yourself in this…

You can’t build a new life with an old identity.

When you’ve been socialized to be the good girl…
The responsible one.
The impressive one.
The stable one.

Giving yourself permission to follow your desires doesn’t happen overnight.

It happens through rewiring.

Through repetition.
Through practicing showing up differently.
Speaking differently.
Holding yourself differently.

That’s why I created this mastermind.

Not just for business strategy…
but for embodiment.

We brought in @blairannstudios to teach the cues of warmth and competence, how charisma isn’t personality, it’s practiced signaling.

We deepened the work with @anjali_handa , practicing presence, pausing without filler words, and learning how to take up space without shrinking.

We even did headshots, not for vanity, but to align visually with the level these women are stepping into.

Because the next level isn’t just revenue.

It’s identity.

And identity shifts don’t happen because you read something inspiring.

They happen because you practice becoming it.

I know what it feels like to have a vision on your heart and no one around you who sees it.

To feel like you’re becoming someone new while everyone still relates to the old version of you.

There’s a different kind of confidence that forms when you’re surrounded by people who can hold space for who you’re becoming, not just who you’ve been. by @farrahkhimji

This was one of my favourite moments of the UNCENSORED experience this year. Although, let’s be honest, it’s pretty hard to pick just one. ❤️

We had the incredible honour of welcoming @najwazebian to the stage at our VIP evening, and this one was especially meaningful to me.

Najwa first came onto my radar back in 2021 when I discovered her book Welcome Home. It was one of those books that found me at exactly the moment I needed it most.

And years later, the same thing happened with The One Who Broke You Can’t Heal You.

I really do believe that certain books find us when we’re ready for them.

Najwa’s words have given me language for things I didn’t always know how to articulate. They’ve helped me navigate some of the most difficult chapters of my life, understand myself more deeply, and find clarity in relationships and experiences that weren’t always easy to make sense of.

There’s something incredibly powerful about reading words that make you feel seen, understood, and a little less alone in what you’re experiencing.

So to have Najwa join us at UNCENSORED, to hear her share her wisdom in person, and to watch that wisdom land with a room full of incredible women was something I’ll never forget.

And seeing her on @thedrewbarrymoreshow today makes me even happier to see her message reaching more people.

Here’s a little glimpse of the magic she brought to our VIP evening. ✨

Thank you, Najwa, for the work you do, the words you share, and the light you bring into the world. ❤️ by @farrahkhimji

SO much to be thankful for. And this weekend was full of reminders. ❤️

Hosted my parents and family for Thanksgiving brunch, went on a beautiful long walk with my parents, got to spend time with my cousin’s absolutely ADORABLE new baby, ate some very good food, and generally just enjoyed a weekend full of people I love.

And YES, those are cinnamon bun pancakes in the reel. And YES, they are as unreal as they look.

But one of the things I felt especially grateful for this weekend was being able to completely unplug from work and just enjoy all of it.

No feeling like I should be doing something else. No needing to squeeze in a few hours of work. Just being present with my family.

Because as much as I love building my business, creating things, having big ideas and bringing them to life, a HUGE part of why I wanted to build a business in the first place was to have more freedom over my time.

To be able to spend it with the people I love. To be there for the moments that matter to me. And to have the choice to step away from work and actually enjoy the life I’m working so hard to create.

And honestly, THIS is what WELLTH feels like to me.

Being able to enjoy the life I’m building while I’m still building it.

There’s still SO much I want to create and accomplish, but I also feel really grateful for what I’ve already built and the life it allows me to live.

Anyway, feeling very full of love, gratitude and cinnamon bun pancakes after this weekend. ❤️ by @farrahkhimji

After building businesses for the last 20 years, these are some of the things I know for certain I would never do the same way again… or advise someone else to do.

Some cost me money.
Some cost me time.
Most taught me something I couldn’t have learned any other way.

And the interesting thing is that almost all of them looked like building a business at the time.

The website.
The funnel.
The bigger program.
The new offer.
The content.
The perfect pitch.
The endless research.

But there’s a difference between building a business and building the things around a business.

And I see this pattern constantly.

Founders spending months doing all the things that make them feel like they’re moving forward, while the things that actually create clients and revenue keep getting pushed down the list.

That’s a Revenue Last business model.

And I’m on a mission to help women build Revenue First businesses instead… businesses where we deliberately front-load the actions that get us closer to buyers, clients and revenue, rather than leaving them until everything else is “ready.”

The things in this carousel are some of the ways I’ve learned to stop doing that and start building differently.

Because building a business isn’t just about what you do.

It’s also about what you stop doing.

I’ve had to unlearn the urge to overthink, overbuild, overprepare and overconsume information. To stop hiding behind the work that looks productive and start prioritizing the work that actually moves the business forward.

And I see versions of these patterns playing out with founders all the time.

The common thread?

We make things harder than they need to be.

That’s the work I care about most: helping women stop making business harder than it needs to be, build in a way that actually gets them where they want to go… and, you know, make some money while they’re at it.

Which one of these 17 are you still doing? by @farrahkhimji

I said something on stage at the Wellth Summit on Friday that I’ve been thinking about ever since.

I was holding up the programs from all three Wellth Summits, and I said that Version 1 was actually my favourite.

Because there is no Version 3 without her.

And what I love most about Version 1 is that I allowed myself to create it without knowing what it could become.

I didn’t know there would be a Version 2 or Version 3. I didn’t know where this idea would take me.

I just had a nudge to create something, and I followed it.

I LET IT EXIST.

And I think that’s the part I really want you to hear.

Because I think so many of us are sitting on our own Version 1s.

There’s something in your head you keep coming back to. Maybe you can see pieces of it, but not the whole thing yet. Maybe you know there’s something there, but you don’t know how big it could be or exactly what it’s supposed to look like.

But that thing cannot show you what it could become while it’s still sitting in your head.

At some point, you have to let it take shape.

Let someone see it. Experience it. Pay you for it. Give you feedback. You have to experience YOURSELF creating it and notice what happens because it exists now.

And then the idea starts becoming something that isn’t only yours anymore.

Other people become part of it.

Their response shapes it. Their questions shape it. What they’re willing to pay for shapes it. The impact it has on them shapes it.

And suddenly you can see things about the idea you literally could not see when it only belonged to you.

That’s what Version 1 gave me.

It didn’t give me a roadmap to Version 3.

It gave me enough to see there was something here worth continuing.

And I think sometimes we’re asking our Version 1s to show us their entire future before we’re willing to let them have a present.

Let it exist.

Give it a chance to become real. Give someone a chance to pay you for it. And then see what it could become from there.

That is so much of what Revenue First is about.

We start September 28.

Not Version 10.

Version 1.

Because you cannot get to Version 3 without her. ❤️

So many incredible nuggets from @thewellthexperience but I’ll share a few:

✨ The time is NOW. Stop waiting for some future time when things will align and just take action imperfectly.

✨ Your sleep is foundational to everything else. Prioritize it.

✨ Building a business requires endless resilience. Everyone hears about the big deals, but no one sees the relentless pursuit behind it. Thanks @daniskagan for this gem 💎

✨ Women need to search out more funding opportunities. They’re out there for us, just under-utilized.

What an honour to speak at the VIP night for this event and share a nervous system reset for people. The world needs more founders who are calm ☺️

There’s a reason I bring identity into creating impactful brands.

The rooms you put yourself in, the women you surround yourself with, and the way you see yourself as a founder all influence the business you’re building.

Sometimes the brand needs to evolve because you have.

UNCENSORED WEEK ✨ We were so excited to be part of the energy at VIP Night, celebrating a room full of inspiring women, powerful conversations, and the reminder to keep choosing yourself.

It’s UNCENSORED WEEK ✨ and we just wrapped our VIP Night hosted at @bdc_ca
Exactly what the women in the room needed: a nervous system reset, a dance party, powerful conversations, and a reminder of perseverance, possibility, and what happens when you keep choosing yourself.

And we’re just getting started. 🔥

Friday, we do it all over again, only bigger, for the main event: UNCENSORED, our 3rd Annual Wealth Summit.

I cannot wait to see this room come to life.

Who’s joining us Friday?! 👀✨ taken in CIBC Square by @farrahkhimji

Three sleeps until UNCENSORED. 👀

And this is the part that is always so hard to explain.

I can show you videos like this. The room. The speakers. The energy. The beautiful details. The moments that make you think, okayyyy Farrah, this looks GOOD.

But the camera never really captures the part that matters most.

The woman you sit beside who becomes a friend.

The conversation over lunch that turns into a collaboration six months later.

The introduction that opens a door you didn’t even know was there.

The thing someone says on stage that follows you home and changes a decision you’ve been sitting on for months.

And THAT is also what UNCENSORED is about.

Because your ideas cannot open doors if nobody knows you have them.

Your work cannot create opportunities if you keep it to yourself.

And you cannot become known — or PAID — for the thing you keep editing, second-guessing, sitting on, or waiting until it’s “ready” to share.

Sometimes the next move is not another strategy session with yourself.

Sometimes you need to put yourself in the room.

Around women who are building things. Leading things. Reinventing things. Asking bigger questions. Making introductions. Creating opportunities.

Women who might need exactly what you do.

Some of the friendships, clients, collaborations and opportunities that have come out of Wellth rooms have lived on YEARS after the event itself was over.

That’s the part I can’t put in a reel.

You have to be there to experience it.

And this Friday, for the FINAL Wellth Summit in this format, we’re doing it one more time.

UNCENSORED ✨
From overlooked to impossible to ignore.

3 sleeps. Toronto. September 18.

You can still get in the room.
