23% Body Fat ➡️ 10% Body Fat ‼️Naturally‼️ (Swipe Right For Transition )

Only about 1% of American men and around 3-5% of men worldwide ever reach or maintain 10% body fat. This wasn’t genetics—it was discipline.

There isn’t some sad story behind this. I was simply enjoying life a little too much: eating whatever I wanted, drinking often, and not having balance. Then someone close to me jokingly ( not really ) pointed out I was gaining weight. Instead of getting offended, I used it as motivation to change my life.

I still drink on special occasions, but only a couple of drinks. No more weekly blackouts. For me, alcohol only cause me issues that made me feel terrible next day, extra body fat, and wasted calories.

People don’t see what it takes to get lean:
• Saying no when friends are drinking around you
• Skipping buffets and bottomless mimosas.
• Passing on your favorite things like cheese, sour cream, and extra sauces—or eating them but then punishing myself with extra steps if I did

• Being told you’re “too skinny” by people who don’t realize getting lean is part of building an aesthetic physique. ( kinda took it as compliment lol)

I have zero regrets because I learned from every stage of the journey. Today I can finally say I accomplished the hardest part: losing the fat.

What’s next? Lean bulk —building muscle while staying lean, This whole time I’ve been losing body fat and weight but it’s finally time to gain! (My Max ill go up to is 14% body fat since it’s the highest lean body fat % and the lowest I’ll go is 10% again since its the lowest % before being a body builder which isn’t my goal I just like being fit and looking young for my age)then keep repeating this process until I reach my dream physique of 175 pounds at 10% body fat and be lean and fit forever It’ll take years, and I’m excited for every step.

You can fake your lifestyle. You can fake your money. But you can’t fake your fitness.

I hope it motivates someone to take care of their body, but we all have different body goals!

Thank you, God, for giving me the strength, discipline, and consistency to make this happen. 🙏✝️💪

Then came back to Orlando stayed at Royal Pacific Club level room did Unviersal , Epic Universe and Halloween Horror Nights.

Then Stayed Swan And Dolphin at Swan And Dolphin and went to Epcot then did Cape May Cafe Sea Food Buffet probably the best disney buffet I’ve ever had!

If you told me 2 months ago that I would be playing at @palmtreecluborlando, I wouldn’t believe you, cause I didn’t even know how to Dj 2 months ago😳.. I’m so grateful 🙏and blessed with the opportunities I have been given. Yes I’ve been putting in the hard work hours at home everyday, but I’d be nothing without the people who surround me! So shout out to @matthias.official_ for the opportunity of letting me open for him @austin_greggory_ for giving me the chance to play, he’s doing an amazing job running an amazing venue! I’ve never had so much fun DJing in my life and this is only the start I’m so excited for you guys to see what’s to come 🎧🕺! And thank you for all the friends who come to see me and came early on time! I won’t forget who you were ❤️ …
