“Hello There!” @stonergrille brought a full light show. Duel of the Fates, minus the choir. Four players, a ceiling full of sabers, my shutter doing its best cutting in on the downbeat. Mostly.

Worth the drive.

First time at @westartlanc .
Old church bones, stained glass, hardwood overhead, little constellations of string lights stitched through the rafters. You can tell somebody cared enough to argue with the details when stitching this place together.

Nothing scrubbed clean of its history. Nothing trying too hard to cosplay a venue. Just a strange old room given a second vocabulary.

Then @zoeynoblemusic & the Iconic plugged in and tested the masonry.

Saw my faves @thehometeam at @capitalcitymusichall on Tuesday. What a great fucking show they put on and I got to do it with my best friend. Thanks babes for making it happen - here’s to jamming our way through our faves together ❤️ @farva717 taken in Capital City Music Hall by @farva717

Metal kids writing pop songs, and the room knew every word. @thehometeam packed @capitalcitymusichall with hooks sharpen enough to leave a mark. Night well spent with @court.1914 #realrockers taken in Capital City Music Hall by @farva717

Night off, Shutter still twitching. @unitytx turn the @capitalcitymusichall into a blender with the lid in the mail. Dallas built, base first, breakdown stacked like cinderblocks on a card table. Nobody left the floor with the same center of gravity. Thanks for the night, @thehometeam 📍Harrisburg, PA taken in Capital City Music Hall by @farva717

Pushed a lot of the wrong buttons in Lightroom. Editing the @zoeynoblemusic shots from Friday. Snuck up on a blue phase. I don’t dislike it. taken in West Art by @farva717

🙌🏻 Praise be to the riff.
Bass through the nave, voltage in the stained glass, floor monitors doing minor acts of resurrection.
Zoey & the Iconic fed four strings and a fistful of electricity to whatever lives upstairs.
Congregation answered accordingly. Amen.

@zoeynoblemusic thanks for letting me tag along.

The car needed driven. The camera needed used. Found a few moments in between that needed captured.

All worked out. taken in Pennsylvania by @farva717

Playing around with some low light vibes. Turned the lights off and let the candle do the work.

No flash, no lamp, no reason to be up this late. Just a candle, a plant that needs water, and some aesthetics. taken in Pennsylvania by @farva717

New camera, same lot. Laguna Seca Blue does something to sunlight that no other paint quite manages.
