“Sitting under the sky.”

All I could think about was someone, years ago, whose name I would never know, somewhere far away, who must have felt this same fresh air, sat in the open air, looked ahead, and thought the very same things.

How beautiful it is to feel something so similar across timelines.

To think that beneath this same sky, years apart, there was another woman sitting somewhere, looking forward, feeling the air, carrying her own thoughts, just as I am now.

I still get that dream where,

They apologise
for the things I did.

They cry
for the pain I gave them.

They feel abandoned
for all the times I left them alone.

They think of running away
from the times I made life hell.

But they chose to stay,
because I knew
they had nowhere to hide.

But now,
they know
now is not always.

Reverse it,
and you shall feel peace.

Sometimes I post such simple things on Instagram because one day, when I open this account, I may only look at the dates and years, only to know I wasn’t fumbling through life, I was running faster than I ever knew I could.

My 2012 Instagram feed is as important to me as my 2026 feed because it holds the journey that no one ever asked me to make, but I chose to make anyway.

ആഗ്രഹങ്ങളാണ് എന്നെ ഞാൻ ആക്കുന്നത്,
എന്റെ മടുപ്പാണ് എന്റെ ത്വര,
എന്നിൽ നിന്നും എന്നിലേക്കാണെന്റെ യാത്ര.

NEET prepare ചെയ്യുന്ന മക്കളെ ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചിട്ടുണ്ടോ? They’re very sure of what they want, how they want and how they should be doing it. I understand and can relate why so many people feel strongly about it, mostly it is because they have either gone through it or seen it at home. So for me, this isn’t about politics.

നമ്മുടെ ഈ system is never built by those who merely govern it. It is built every day by the students who wake up before sunrise, by parents who sacrifice, by teachers who refuse to give up, and by countless ordinary people who choose effort over excuses. That takes courage, knowledge, resilience, and above all, trust. So നമ്മുടെ വിഷയം ഇതാണ്.

എനിക്കും ഉണ്ട് രണ്ട് മക്കൾ. One day, they may choose a future within this very system. If I lose faith in it today without doing my part to make it better, I would feel that I have failed them.

For years, through @streetsofcalicut I’ve worked closely with young children, not because they need someone to speak for them, but because they deserve someone who will listen. I’ve seen their anxieties, their dreams, and the extraordinary strength they carry. They don’t need us to hand them a perfect world. They need us to leave them a world that is worth believing in.

ചോദ്യം ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിനെ ചോദ്യം ചെയ്ത് കൊണ്ടേയിരിക്കണം. നല്ല സമയത്തിന് വേണ്ടി കാത്ത് നിൽക്കാത്ത ഇന്നത്തെ തലമുറയിൽ നിന്ന് പ്രചോദനം ഉൾക്കൊണ്ട്‌ തന്നെ we must demand accountability where it is due. But we must also be careful not to take away hope from an entire generation that is trying, every single day, to build a future with honesty and hard work.

To every young person reading this, don’t let the noise make you forget your purpose. Keep learning. Keep questioning. Keep believing that your effort matters.

Shinrin Yoku.

Slow conversations, good food, kind people, and a forest that asked for nothing.

A beautiful reminder that some of the best things in life are still simple. To sum it up, വൃന്ദയുടെ വിഷനും ഞങ്ങളുടെ മനസ്സും പ്രകൃതിയുടെ സ്നേഹവും പ്രകാശേട്ടന്റെ aura യും! !

The pre monsoon rain.

It feels heavy, but the breeze somehow makes it lighter. It’s never really here, but you can feel it coming. The air changes, the trees know and even the silence feels different.

When it finally starts to rain, it’s like it has been holding onto so much for so long. It just pours, without stopping or holding back.

“Barish ko bhi jaldi nahi hoti,
Pehle ehsaas bhejti hai, phir khud aati hai.”

~Rain is never in a hurry; it sends a feeling first, and then arrives itself.
