Transparency grows trust so you’re allowed to ask questions when seeking care for your or your family’s fascia. Interviewing any professional before receiving their care is wise. (Not m3d advice.) ✨Every practitioner is different, they’re the product of a combination of integrated knowledge streams so if you’re looking for someone who does exactly what Raoul does, you won’t find it. Bodyworkers are like artists, no two are alike.✨ • If a practitioner is married to one modality (like Raoul once was) it is limiting their education of the fascia. More modalities means more understanding. More methods means more tools in a toolbelt. • Some modalities have standards of proficiency in order to complete their courses and have created ethics boards for practitioner accountability, others don’t have proficiency standards or ethics boards for practitioner accountability. • Some fascial therapies focus mostly on areas of concern while others care for the entire system, it’s helpful to be aware of this when seeking out a practitioner. • Often the more experience serving people, the more confident the practitioner will be in the care they provide. • While some practitioners may be willing to serve toddlers and babies, not all enjoy the unique creative resilience toddler and baby care requires, it’s good to keep this in mind. • HOW LONG have they been practicing? Experience & confidence matters. Fascial therapists are like artists, no two are exactly alike. • We wouldn’t personally fear those who have multidisciplinary practices, more tools in a professional’s toolbelt can be beneficial. • We personally seek out practitioners who are always learning & expanding their understanding of their field. If you can’t find aligned & experienced care near you, reach out by texting 5803064727 for info on 3-4 days of care for your whole family with Raoul by traveling to either DFW TX or Hochatown OK. He has served families from Alaska to New Jersey who have traveled for care with him. 🤍 #fascial #fascialrelease #fascia #fascialcare #release #tension #craniosacral #nevernotlearning by @fascialcare
✨12 FUN FACTS (a peek behind the scenes of life together)✨ 1. We met in a house of prayer in southern Oregon in 2011 + married in a house of prayer in northwest Iowa in 2012. Our relationship was encouraged by a mutual friend + we resisted the chemistry between us for about 2 months before seeing she was right and God was in it. 2. We both love to laugh til we cry + be silly gooses. 3. He grew up in the South Bay of LA, she grew up in rural NW Iowa on a farm. Both public schooled children of teachers, now homeschooling our children. 4. Chandler uses social media + her phone more (in moderation) and Raoul hardly ever uses either. He got his first cell phone in 2011 at age 28, Chandler had one since she started driving at 15. 5. We both love to sing + make music. Raoul plays guitar, Chandler plays guitar + piano. We love songwriting. 6. Raoul can small talk about the weather with anyone, Chandler prefers to go straight to asking about generational trauma + theology. 7. He is the chef + she is the sous-chef. 8. He golfs and snowboards, she writes and takes photos. 9. Chandler is the visionary, constantly looking ahead & seeing what could be, Raoul is in the moment & receives dreams from God when he sleeps. 10. We are parceling off our acreage in OK with the house and hoping to buy an acreage outside of DFW. 11. We just completed a 2.5 month family mission trip exalting Jesus in Europe. 8 countries traveling by car, train, plane & ferry. 12. Raoul has a masters in Art Education but serves the public as a Fascial Specialist, God called Chandler to ministry after high school + she is Director of Operations at FC. BONUS: We have lived in Oregon, Iowa, Colorado, Missouri, Mexico, Northern California, Oklahoma & Texas and moved over 13 times in our marriage. ➡️Anything mentioned that you’re curious to know more about? ➡️Do we have anything in common with you? ➡️Anything surprise you on this list? #thisisus #fascialtherapy #fascial #fascia #christianwellness #gettingtoknowchandlerjo #ourstory #homeschool by @fascialcare

The reason our family found fascial therapy almost 10 years ago was the breastfeeding dyad. It’s why my heart is for whole family care, from tiny newborns to postpartum moms, dads, & siblings. Here’s 8 benefits of fascial therapy for the breastfeeding dyad: 〰️Comfortable breastfeeding〰️ Fascial therapy can help address physical discomfort, tension, and pain in the chest, shoulders, and back associated with breastfeeding. Techniques may release fascial restrictions, promoting comfort during nursing. 〰️Optimal latch & suck〰️ Fascial therapy for babies can focus on optimizing oral function, including latch and sucking. Gentle techniques may address any restrictions or tensions in baby’s oral and facial fascia, often said to improve efficiency. 〰️Releasing jaw & neck tension〰️ Fascial therapy can assess & regard tension in baby’s jaw and neck, promoting relaxation & easier movement. 〰️Supporting baby’s digestion〰️ Fascial therapy may promote overall relaxation for baby, supporting healthy digestion. Fascial release of tension in the abdominal fascia may support digestive comfort. 〰️Addressing tension related to birth〰️ If there are birth-related factors like multiples, C-section, breech or posterior birth, the use of forceps or vacuum extraction, affecting breastfeeding fascial therapy can help address fascial tension resulting from these. 〰️Whole-body wellbeing〰️ Fascial therapy takes a holistic approach, considering the interconnectedness of the body. By addressing fascial tensions in various areas, it may contribute to the overall well-being of both mom & baby. 〰️Promoting relaxation & bonding 〰️ Fascial therapy techniques can promote relaxation for both the mother and the infant during breastfeeding sessions, fostering a positive & comfortable environment that supports bonding. 〰️Individualized care〰️ Fascial therapy allows for individualized care, recognizing that each breastfeeding dyad is unique. We take into account the birth experience, any challenges with breastfeeding, & the overall health of the entire family. Reasons 43 might be your best year yet… Not because life will be easier. But because you keep choosing growth: growing into even deeper integrity growing in humility as strength willing to laugh at yourself willing to let faith lead when certainty can’t willing to trust Jesus more tomorrow than you do today many people stop growing, you keep saying yes to it. I think that’s what will make this your best year yet. Happy [[super belated]] 43rd, Raoul. If you love him, let him know why below 👇🏽 (Made this reel in late June for his bday and it glitched everytime I tried to post it. If you’re seeing this, it finally went thru, better late than never!! 🎉🎂) by @fascialcare
Life moves pretty fast. If you don’t stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it. — Ferris Bueller We get it, we are parents, we know time flies. If unaddressed, fascial patterns often mirror across family members who share space, posture, and movement. Boys carry their shoulders like their fathers and babies and toddlers model their frame after their mothers. Like fascia, a family is a interconnected interdependent system too. When we only care for one part, we’re not really serving the whole-istic picture. Family Care is for the parents carrying tension they haven’t named. The brand-new-to-the-world babies and the kids whose bodies are still growing. It’s for the family members who’ve been putting off care because others’ concerns took priority. Glad to serve families one by one in an office setting but SAVE THIS for the season your family needs to reset together in the comfort of home to see rapid progress. SEND TO A PARENT who needs to see this. Fascial Care | Mobile Family Care | Ellis County + Greater DFW | Texas #Fascialtherapy #craniosacral #DFW #holistic #christianwellness by @fascialcare
Because the body isn’t a spiritual battleground to avoid, it’s creation to steward. Psalm 139:14 says we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” Fascia, the connective tissue that holds every bodily system in place, wasn’t invented by any belief system. Fascia was created//designed by God and redeemed by His only son Jesus, long before anyone attached other language or worldviews to it. That means supporting fascia’s function isn’t borrowing from a paradigm I don’t hold to. It’s stewarding something our Creator made, the way He made it. Matthew 5:14 says believers are the light of the world, a city on a hill that can’t be hidden. Light doesn’t wait for a space to be bright before it shows up. It shines regardless. So when I place my hands on a baby, a toddler, a whole family, I’m not just offering a skill. I’m offering the presence of a Spirit-filled believer in a field that needs more of us, not fewer. Do you read me? Let me know👇🏽: what sphere are YOU shining the light of Jesus into? 📍Christian fascial & craniosacral therapist serving Ellis County & Greater DFW [[supporting holistic, natural-minded families: homebirth, breastfeeding, babywearing, and beyond. whole family care for babies, toddlers, children, and parents]] by @fascialcare
