Our sweet girl,

What joy you have brought into our lives. It’s hard to believe a whole year has already passed. Your smile, your big personality, and your beautiful spirit make every day so much brighter.

Watching your baba turn into the most devoted father is such a blessing to witness and to see you grow alongside your big sister has been life’s greatest gifts for me. I really must have done something right to deserve all of this. Thank you Lord!

It is the greatest honor to hold your hand, guide you through this life, and love you every step of the way. You and your sister are our greatest blessings. Thank you for choosing us, you complete our family little one.

Happy 1st Birthday, our precious girl. We love you more than the moon and the stars and more than words could ever say. 🤍 by @fashafeisol

☕ POV: Pilates. Coffee. Repeat.

In our beautiful Guildford studio, mornings look like this…

A grounding morning ritual that starts with Pilates, ends with coffee and changes the tone of the whole day 💛

Our wonderful client @fashafeisol showing us what a typical Manna morning looks like.

Fasha has been a valued part of the Manna community since almost the very beginning! She always brings a smile to the studio, and we feel so lucky to have her as part of the Manna family.

Thanks for letting us follow along on your morning ritual, Fasha 🥰🙏

To climb, touch, explore, get dirty, the excitement of discovering new things, and to experience life with all of their senses.

This is the childhood I want them to remember 🤸‍♀️

I never want screens to replace real life. The modern world will always be there waiting for them.

For now, I’ll choose muddy boots, curious minds, and afternoons spent in nature.

Because this feels a lot closer to how we’re meant to live 🤍 by @fashafeisol

I just can’t do it anymore, guys 😭

Once you know, you know.

Now I’m reading ingredient labels like legal contracts and questioning every life choice in the cleaning aisle.

In this economy? Offensive.

But we’re in it for the long haul 🤍 by @fashafeisol

If we live to be 100, we only get to hold our babies in their babyhood for 1% of our lives.

Just 1%.

One day they fit perfectly in the crook of your arm, fall asleep on your chest, reach for you with their tiny hands… and before you can even fully take it all in, they’re already becoming someone new.

A toddler.
A little kid.
A teenager.
An adult.

Aalia turns one next month, and my heart can hardly comprehend it. Lately I’ve found myself lingering a little longer during cuddles, breathing her in deeper, memorizing the sound of her laugh, the way her tiny fingers wrap around mine. Because I know now, more than ever, that these moments don’t stay still for long.

I learned that with Sèa.

It feels like just yesterday I was rocking her to sleep, and now she turns 18 next year. Eighteen. How does a lifetime somehow pass in the blink of an eye? No matter how much time passes, I don’t think a mother ever gets used to watching the years move faster than her heart is ready for.

Everyone tells you “the days are long,” and when you’re in the thick of motherhood, they really can be. The sleepless nights, the endless laundry, the exhaustion. But one day you look back and realize the years were heartbreakingly short.

So hold them a little longer.
Kiss their cheeks a few extra times.
Pause before rushing through the moment.

Because one day, the little voice calling “mama” won’t sound so little anymore.

Happy mother’s day 💛 by @fashafeisol

Growing up in a blended family, love looked like many things. It was steady in some ways, but often loud, complicated, and messy in others. So when I started dating, I chased what felt familiar: intensity.

The kind of connection that made your heart race, kept you guessing, and felt almost electric. I mistook chaos for chemistry. I confused emotional highs and lows for passion. It looked like fireworks, beautiful, thrilling, impossible to ignore… but gone just as quickly as they came. Bright, intoxicating, and, more often than not, a little toxic.

Then I met my husband.

And everything about loving him felt different.
It was quiet, slow, steady and calm.

At first, I didn’t know what to do with that. No emotional rollercoaster, no guessing games, no constant spark threatening to burn everything down.

Part of me wondered, where’s the intensity?!

But then something unexpected happened.

I realized I wasn’t falling into love.
I was growing in love.

And that changed everything.

Week by week, month by month, I found myself loving him more deeply. Not because of dramatic highs, but because of the safety, softness, and steadiness he brought into my life. His love didn’t explode, it glowed, it warmed and it stayed.

And that kind of love, I’ve learned, is its own kind of magic.

Not the kind that dazzles for a moment.
The kind that keeps you warm for a lifetime.

So if you’re looking for love, don’t chase the fireworks.

Look for the fireplace.

✨ Agape✨

If I had to describe this feeling in one single word, it would be Agape (ah-GAH-pay).

A Greek word meaning the highest form of love representing selfless, sacrificial, and unconditional love. Often described as a Godly or divine love, Agape is pure, patient, giving, and full of grace.

It’s the kind of love that breaks you open and at the same time makes you whole again.
The kind that changes you.
The kind that makes you stop and admire them while they sleep, overwhelmed by how someone so little could hold so much 💛 by @fashafeisol

Growing up in Indonesia, life was never quiet and we were never alone. From the time we were babies, we were surrounded by many faces from many places, always another familiar smile, another pair of arms ready to hold us, another voice calling our name.

My parents were both expats/immigrants, far from their own families, so they built a village of their own. It wasn’t just Mum and Dad who raised us, we were blessed to grow up alongside our nannies, our housekeepers, and their children, creating memories, sharing meals, everyday moments, the kind that slowly turned strangers into family. And so beautifully, 35 years later, we are still connected, still in contact with each other, still very much an extended family.

It’s only now, living in Australia, that I truly understand what a gift that was. I miss that closeness, the warmth, the noise, the way someone was always there but it has shown me how rare and beautiful it was to grow up held by so many people.

Now the sweetest part is watching my children experience it too. When we go home, back to our village, our people, they are wrapped in that same love. A reminder that family is not only who you are born to. by @fashafeisol
