To God be the Glory!

Since we first started this foundation, it’s been a journey full of challenges and rewards. But through it all, one thing that has remained the same is God’s faithfulness. When things seemed impossible, He always showed up and reminded us of His promises. God calls us to love one another as He loves us, and what better way to do that than by serving His people? There’s a purpose behind this foundation, and all we can do is continue to lean in to Him trusting that what He’s begun, He will surely finish.

A huge thank you to everyone who’s supported us, whether through donations, prayers, kind words, or encouragement. The family was truly grateful as they made new memories together.

It’s that time of year again! The Fashina Foundation is preparing to help a family in need this Christmas Holiday 2024. Last year, we had the privilege of supporting an incredible family who faced the heartbreaking loss of their home and belongings just before the holidays. Thanks to your generous donations, we were able to pay their first month’s rent, furnish their new home with necessities to get them back on their feet, provide gifts, decorations, and even a Christmas feast, bringing back the joy and warmth of the season for a mother and her children. There were laughs, tears, and a lot of hope restored, all because of your support. While we respect the family’s privacy, we want to share the impact of your contributions. As the holiday season approaches, The Fashina Foundation is excited to announce this year’s Christmas Blessing. We’ve selected a beautiful family in need: two dedicated parents navigating a challenging season with their two young daughters aged 1 and 7. Due to ongoing medical issues, both parents are only able to work part-time, making it difficult to meet the financial demands of daily life.

This Christmas, we aim to ease some of their burdens and bring joy to their home. Here’s how we plan to support them:

1. Cover at least one month’s rent
2. Provide a Christmas dinner
3. Deliver holiday gifts
4. Christmas decor and other essential items

As the holiday season approaches, The Fashina Foundation is dedicated to easing the burdens of families facing hardship during this time. For the second consecutive year, we are offering support to families in need. If you know a family who could benefit from this assistance, please review the additional following guidelines on how to submit a recommendation and the eligibility criteria:

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗡𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗮 𝗙𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗹𝘆:

1. Direct Message (DM) all family nominations to the Fashina Foundation page (link in bio), including a brief summary of the family’s current situation, along with their name, email, and phone number/contact information.

2. The nominated family must reside in the Metro Atlanta area.

3. The family must be willing to accept assistance.
