10 years inside the system taught @fassaks really one thing: the talent was never the problem. The lack of infrastructure was.

she spent her career in film & tv development and acquisitions, and built projects alongside some of the biggest creatives today. She saw the gap with creators who had the vision and community but no operational backbone that most studios provide.
