Hey y’all! Lots of new followers lately, so I figured now is a good time to reintroduce myself!
My name is Caroline and I am the owner and stitcher for my small business, Fast Doll. My inspiration comes from 1930s, 1940s & 1950s fashion, iconography and design elements, as well as some western and counterculture influences.
I stitched everything by hand full-time for almost 5 years until I was able to get a chainstitch machine in 2023.
I do a little bit of everything, including live chainstitching in-store and at events, special projects, like jackets and clothing, and also have an office space and a retail booth locally here in Charleston, South Carolina.
My little dachshund Brisket is my partner in crime, and let’s face it: he’s truly the real boss 😆

They’re back! ❤️ Direct link in stories ❤️ A small batch of our original handmade screen-printed tattooed cowgirl pinup dolls just came back to the web store — choose from a new pink macrame rope trim or the classic red pompoms. Either way, please do NOT use them as dog toys as someone once asked 🥴😅 by @fast.doll
