Oulton Park yesterday was a bit special, the opportunity to drive two M3’s built 20 years apart. Both were so good for very different reasons. G81 is just effortlessly fast, E46 is just so rewarding to hustle. Thank you @firesafetydave and @alsblade taken in Oulton Park by @fastbtg

Peugeot 270bhp factory forged engine swap is in and running in the R56. Plug and play with a few minor mods.

Thanks to Luke at @lostinfab we now have a tubular crash bar with modified Audi S3 intercooler and thicker aluminium non a/c radiator. Also added some titanium turned down tips onto the JCW exhaust.

Turbo, downpipe and manifold all Ceramic coated to keep temperatures down. There’s just a couple of hoses to sort and a Renault kangoo coolant reservoir to fit.

Last pic is a rare sight, didn’t think he knew how to steer a brush going by the state of our unit floor normally. by @fastbtg

A look back at 2023…
16 track days in the mini and 11 in other cars.
Sends, slides (,mishaps) and some top banter with the lads.
Angelsey, Brands GP, Cadwell, Croft, Donny, Goodwood, Nürburgring, Oulton, Spa and Snetterton.
Looking forward to more this year but going to be busy working on @b48e30 in the hope it hits a track day before Christmas 2024 🫣 by @fastbtg

Still buzzing from the double day at Spa last week with @opentracktrackdays , car was faultless yet again. Last track day of 2023 at Oulton next Saturday, then some winter changes 🤓
