It’s midweek.Hump Day.You’ve gotten off to a good start at work and you’ve managed to hit the gym a few times while keeping your meals in check. Well it’s time to fuel up for that second half. Finish strong by carbing up and loading down with protein. Our pastas are a great way to get all you need nutritionally. Nada’s Arabic Macaroni is a delicious combination of ground beef, tomato, parsley, onion and our homemade Arabic spices. This dish wins over just about anybody who tries it. Our original Penne Alfredo is another Fast Eddy Classic. Creamy parmesan Alfredo made from scratch tossed with large penne, peas and optional broccoli, mushrooms, onion or bacon. Add grilled chicken and you’ll have one of the best Alfredo experiences ever. Our Greek style Pasta Anatoli is a cold pasta salad blending the best ingredients of the Mediterranean basin. Spanish and Kalamata olives, Feta and Parmesan cheese, green pepper, red onion, cherry tomatoes all tossed in our Greek style Vinaigrette. Add Arabic seasoned chicken to make the Anatoli the jewel of the North Florida Riviera 🏝️. This perfectly balanced salad is great to enjoy over two or three meals or to share as an appetizer for the table. Since Fat Tuesday we have been quietly sharing our newest creation the Rising Sun Jambalaya. Cajun and Creole flavors can be found subtly in several Fast Eddy’s Classics like our Derby Filly, Alfredo and other popular items. The Rising Sun Chicken and Andouille Sausage Jambalaya is a full frontal Cajun assault on your senses. Scratch built from the bottom up we researched dozens of variations of this classic dish so that no ingredient would be omitted. Red and green bell peppers, celery, onion, tomatoes, herbs and spices all simmered into a bold Creole style sauce. Separately we prepare a half pound of chicken and six ounces of Andouille sausage and combine over our delicious white rice. You can choose either meat individually or no meat at all for a delicious Vegan entree. The Rising Sun is available for Dine-In or Call-In/Takeout only. Not available for delivery yet.

Where has the time gone??? This week we celebrate 4 years of Fast Eddy’s Quick Mideast. Hard to believe we rose from the ashes of Covid and introduced our Jacksonville family to the food and flavors that our parents raised us on. Each year has brought new and wonderful guests who have helped us endure and flourish through this vibrant restaurant community. We are forever grateful to the thousands who have visited us. To the hundreds who have made us part of your regular meal schedule and indeed your lives, we bow our heads in homage to you. Too many names to mention but you know who you are. Our hearts leap up when we see you coming and hope every visit is as delicious and memorable as the first. Our aim is always to get it right and to exceed expectations.

We are celebrating all week with a different Celebration Item each day. Celebration Items will be discounted $4 on their respective days. Prices are available for Dine-In or Call-In/Take-Out. Not available for Online or Delivery. Due to expected high volume Celebration Items may have limited availability.
