I would like to introduce the Fast Therapy team to everyone, over the last few months we have seen continuous growth and demand. Which has meant it was time for Fast Therapy to grow and scale up, I couldn’t be more proud of the great therapists I have met and put together. Myself, Marcee, Fran and Shaan are here for all your massage, pain and rehab advice needs each bringing something different to the table.

Since I’ve gained some new followers recently I thought I’d put together a small montage of clips I had laying around on my phone - working with a full diary month to month I often find I do not have time to record much content, 5 years into sports massage now having helped hundreds of people starting out from home freebies, home visits, opening a clinic with some great staff members added to the fast therapy team, such as @crooomee and @marceec_sportstherapy The journey has been fun and here’s to the next 5 years
