Running a bakery isn't all fun and games. It's early mornings and late nights. Large orders, hours spent on your feet, forgetting to eat and takeing care of ourselves because we're baking for others. But I am very lucky..The attention to detail and love that these three have put into Fatcat over the past 6 years has been nothing but a privilege to enjoy watching. I remember hearing a saying "too many cooks in the kitchen..." I think that person just didn't find the right people to share the journey with. And honestly, how lucky are we to be able to work along side these amazing, intelligent, sassy, bad ass women every week! ❤️ To our team: thank you for inspiring me, growing with me and learning with me every single day. Thank you for the hours of stories, therapy and laughter you fill the kitchen with. Thank you for the dedication and curiosity you bring with you every morning. You make my life and our communities lives a little sweeter every single day. 💪 Happy International Women's day to the best trio in the business (even if Maria had to move away and break our hearts) taken in Syracuse, New York by @fatcatbaking
