A big thank you to @fatcatplatters for bringing beautifully crafted grazing platters to our Christmas Soirée.
Their attention to detail, flavour and presentation adds such a special touch to our celebration.

We’ve upgraded our Greek menu! More protein and a new Dakos salad! One of my personal favourite cuisines to eat, super simple dishes packed with flavour. Dakos salad is also heading to the top spot for my favourite new discovery, crunchy, salty, creamy and fresh. ✨ by @fatcatplatters

WERE BACK!! Happy new year everyone! Kicking off the start to 2025 with a new years menu for our first day (this requires 24k edible gold flaked chicken obvs)! So excited to be back at work, really missed it over the holidays! Can’t wait to share more from Fat Cat over the next year! ❤️🫶🏻✨ #londoncatering #officecatering #caterer #chef #recipeideas #lunchideas #ediblegold #londonfood by @fatcatplatters

Lunch at the Christmas Market! Final menu for 2024! Around this time of year I feel like bacon, Brie and cranberry gets overused, so while still in-keeping with the Christmas spirit a slight variation seemed more creative and better fitting! Thanks for a great year of support and look forward to more menu ideas in the new year! ❤️🍾 by @fatcatplatters

From the beginning of civilization, the Levant, the coastal region of the eastern Mediterranean from Syria in the north to Egypt in the south, was the crossroads of various peoples and cultures. From this important trade region, fundamental social and economic changes began spreading across the Middle East and the Mediterranean, leaving behind a rich heritage of unique food culture. by @fatcatplatters

Versions commonly found in the West, called Kung Pao chicken, Kung Po, or just chicken chili and garlic, consist of diced, marinated chicken, stir-fried with orange or orange juice, ginger, garlic, chicken broth, sugar, cooking oil, corn starch, and salt and pepper to taste. included in our office lunch for Monday! by @fatcatplatters

Gobble Gobble! 🦃 Happy Thanksgiving to all those who celebrate! by @fatcatplatters

Island vibes 🍋☀️🌴 Caribbean inspired menu! One of my favourite things about switching up menus is that I’m constantly still learning about different cuisines and learning to cook with foreign ingredients. Today calaloo is on the menu in our sandwich option which is a spinach type of salty plant native to the Caribbean. 🌴🌴🌴 by @fatcatplatters
