Day 988
Quiting alcohol was one of the best decisions I've ever made. Mentally, I feel on top of the world, and my health is coming along as well. I just want to say that for anyone out there struggling with addiction , there is light at the end of the tunnel. Keep seeking it out no matter how many times you fall back into the darkness. It's a process that takes everyone down a different path. For me, I keep falling back time and time again. I attempted to fix myself for everyone but myself finally to realize that I had to learn to love myself enough to want to stay in the light. I share this with you because at the beginning of my journey back to the light, I read a post that inspired me. At the end of the post, it simply said, "If you find your way back to the light, share your story it might be the light that guides someone else outta their darkness." by @fatherofdoom
