If yuh belly still holding on to “one likkle secret”… it is NOT the time to be sitting down binge-watching Netflix. 😂

Cropover is 10 days away!

And no… I ain come with no detox tea, no waist trainer, no “lose 10lbs overnight” foolishness.

I come with one word…

WALK. 🚶🏾‍♀️

For the next 10 days, I want all of ayu aiming for 12,000-15,000+ steps every single day.

Before yuh screw up ya face… here’s why.

✨ Walking helps you burn more calories without completely draining your body.
✨ It improves insulin sensitivity, helping your body manage blood sugar better and making fat loss more efficient over time.
✨ It encourages healthy circulation and lymphatic flow, helping many women feel less puffy and hold less water.
