As much as this isn’t the healthiest way to cook vegetables, I’d take this over our usual desi-style potato and eggplant any day.

We tend to cook our vegetables until they practically turn into mush in desi cooking, but Di San Xian lets you actually taste and appreciate each vegetable’s individual flavour. At least, that’s what it did for me!

Potato, eggplant and bell pepper stir-fry. 🍆🥔🫑

I might delete this someday, but for now, its my favourite recipe. The kind I can eat straight out of the pot without having to consider anyone else

Somehow, despite the constant clinginess, I still managed to finish work, hit the gym, and cook. None of it would've been possible without the people who help.

A full house, a hot braai, happy kids, and good company. That's a Sunday well spent.

I couldn't do half of what I do without the people around me. Alhamdulillah for those who help without being asked and remind me that perfection isn't required.

Today, kid doing kid things, cats doing everything they can to survive, work and appointments squeezed in between... and bedtime taking approximately 47 business years 😵‍💫

It may look like all I do is film my toddler, those little clips are the only moments in my day when I actually get to slow down

Spent the day juggling work, parenting, and housework, while she spent it making the sweetest memories with horses and dogs.

Thank you @sulette_p
