For the meat preparation, I used a mixture of celery and garlic, salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika. To sauté the onions, I used pepper, garlic powder, and mustard. I then brought everything to a boil in chicken broth before adding the chicken, mixed vegetables, and stir-fry sauce. Used fried plantains as a side dish! 😋😋

For the meat preparation, I used garlic powder, salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. Then I added chopped carrots and onions, as well as pizza sauce (but you can also use marinara sauce).

Oven-baked beef rib 🥩 with potatoes 🥔😋💣💘.Rib seasoning: mustard then brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and onion powder. Potatoes: pepper, garlic powder, salt, and parsley flakes. Place everything in an oven-safe glass dish, drizzle with oil (I forgot to film that part). You can also add the oil directly to the potatoes and the rib, and put a little bit on the glass dish or pan before placing it in the oven. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 1h30. Remove the foil and broil for about 20 minutes, same temp (you can always adjust)!
