Joy is who you share it with 🫧💗🐠 As a third year volunteer, I have met so many people who put their hearts into serving the community. I am so blessed to be a part of this community and grow in my own leadership journey as we help others grow in their own. Never stop learning and growing; there is always something to take away from every memory! This year I played a new and exciting role on HYPE, pushing myself into a position I would’ve never imagined myself doing when I was an ambassador 4 years ago :) My heart is so full and proud of everyone HOBY has brought into my life <3 @hobyflw @hoby by @faust_madison

Within the past 2 years, the Lord has placed a love for serving others in my heart. Through trials and tribulations He has lead me to where I am now, in His timing not my own. God may not come when you want but He comes at the perfect time. With patience and discernment the Lord has shown me a much greater path than I could ever reach on my own.

I was so blessed to have the opportunity to serve with Samaritan’s Purse, in San Angelo, Texas (3,000 miles round trip). While there, we helped restore homes for families affected by the flooding on July 4th, 2025. This is something I never could have done without the Lords guidance and the generosity of others! Through donations and prayers this trip was made possible, and I am beyond blessed :)

When driving around 50 hours to get there and back I had a lot of time to think and pray. Yes I went alone, but I was never lonely. I always had the Lord guiding me, and a community of brothers and sisters in Christ while in San Angelo. If you never push yourself, you will never know how much you are truly capable of. Take that risk, try new things, and don’t be afraid to meet new people along the way. Everyone has a story worth telling, but are you ready to listen?
