Dear Favourlina,

Look at how far you’ve come! From the little beginnings to the opportunities, the rooms you now enter, and the dreams you’re bringing to life. You may not be where you want to be yet, but you’re certainly not where you used to be. Be proud of yourself. You're becoming the woman you once prayed to be. ❤️

A healthier community begins with awareness. ❤️

High blood pressure may have no obvious symptoms, so don't wait until you feel unwell before checking yours.

Know your numbers. Protect your health!

Let it's be said that this year I surpassed my expectations 🥰🥰🥰.

Sometimes, I feel like I'm not doing enough, but seeing people reach out to ask how they can nominate me for Delta creator and influencers hangout content creator of the year award, without me even asking, reminds me that people are watching, and my efforts are not going unnoticed.

Honestly, I'm proud of myself. Maybe I'm doing better than I think. ❤️ taken in Asaba, Delta State by @favourlina1

May we never get so modern that we forget our roots, our culture, and the stories that made us who we are.
