3 whole years with you have healed little pieces of my heart. I still truly believe you were sent to me as a little guardian angel from my aunt, and I’m forever grateful that somehow, you found your way to me. 🥹

Dermot Kennedy is one of those artists who sings with his entire soul as if it was on fire. Every time I see him, I’m reminded just how deeply music can move you, to the point where I can’t help but cry several times throughout the show. My 4th time seeing him, and definitely not my last. There’s something truly special about witnessing him perform live.
One of the greatest performers of our generation.

Everyone remembers where they were and what they felt on that sunny morning of September 11, 2001.

I was in elementary school. Class had just started, and I can still remember the moment our teacher told us about the first plane hitting the tower. To this day, I’ll never forget the heartbreak and anger I felt, and it still hurts to think about.

The fact that my dad and I had visited the World Trade Center just two weeks earlier made everything feel even more haunting and frightening. We were sent home for the day, and I remember sitting on the couch, crying and holding my dog while watching the news with my parents.

Today, I remember the innocent lives lost, the heroes who gave their lives trying to save others, and those who continue to carry the weight of that day.

Thank you to all the first responders and heroes who risked everything to help others, especially those who lost their lives in service that day. Our world changed forever.
