Fibre does not have to mean a bowl of bran!
This harissa cod with creamy white beans is exactly how I like to eat: plenty of flavour, with protein and fibre coming naturally from the beans. It takes around 25 minutes and super easy to throw together! This is one of the recipes in my free Fibre Feast mini cook book. Comment FIBRE and I’ll send you the link 👌 by @fayecelinejames

One tray, protein, fibre and dinner sorted 👌

This is the sort of dinner I come back to when the week is busy and everyone is hungry. Salmon provides the protein, while sweet potato, cannellini beans and red onion bring fibre and flavour. Everything cooks on one tray, which also means far less washing up. That is always a win in my house.
⬇️Save this for a busy weeknight. by @fayecelinejames
