Announcement 📣 The wait is over!!
A Portrait has now appeared in the Celestine Gallery 🖼️
Stepping out of the pages of my story Bound by Starlight and Shadow to meet you ✨🫶🏼

Seren is finally here!! 🫶🏼✨

To share this with you all is a totally magical moment for me as an aspiring author.
To see her at last after all the months of writing her story is beyond exciting!

Thanks to @skylarbrown.creations the amazing digital artist I commissioned for Seren’s artwork, as she has bought her to life beautifully. ❤️

She carries with her the Celestine Dagger 🗡️ A powerful ceremonial weapon inherited from her mother. With starlight in her blood she must decide to follow her destiny or forge her own.

@skylarbrown.creations our Court Artist has also given someone dear to Seren’s heart a life of their own too! So you actually get two character reveals in one!! Bonus!!

Firethorn is Seren’s faithful black cat, always by her side since forever, he is loyal, independent, and like to take control, as if he knows everything and owns the place! Complete Black Cat Energy! Did you notice his flashing golden eyes?
Unknown to Seren he might not be just an ordinary black cat… (As between us his loyalty lies with the Throne of Celestine and he has plenty of secrets of his own! As time will tell!)

✨ Seren and Firethorn ✨

What do you think? 🫶🏼

Who will be next to step out of the pages? 📃

I thought I’d open up about why I decided to start writing my debut novel, BBSAS almost 9 months ago now.
When I was a little girl I had a big dream.
I always imagined walking into a bookshop and seeing my novel sitting on the bookshelf. I loved libraries and used to make my own books and library cards. I kept a diary and loved writing stories.
One day, in Waterstones, I met Jilly Cooper at a book signing of her novel ‘Riders’ one of my absolute fave books as I was growing up. She kindly signed my copy for me, and from that moment, something settled in my heart, I wanted to write stories for a living. I never got around to it for one reason or another… mainly that I wouldn’t be good enough being one big reason!
Years later, I’m finally fulfilling that dream with Bound by Starlight & Shadow and I still believe some days that I’m not good enough, but I’m doing it anyway!
It still feels surreal, and every chapter I write brings me one step closer to the bookshelf I imagined all those years ago.
✨ What’s a dream you’ve never let go of?

Aetherion Palace 🏰
Among the beauty of the Palace walls lies darkness and ancient magic reigns.
You have been commanded by your darkest enemy to decide if you belong here!
Be careful what you choose as The Throne may not make the same decision! ✨👑

Will you choose to stay?

Romeo and Juliet was always one of my favourite love stories (spoiler alert 😂😅) I just hated the ending though!! 😭💔

Impossible love hits hard especially when there’s sooooo much at stake!

If you love stories of ‘impossible love’ you might even love this book of mine a bit more than R&J! 🤷🏻‍♀️

What’s your favourite ‘impossible love’ story?? 💔
