// I've been very quiet on this account for the past couple of years, but I've been working on lots of exciting projects. If you're still here, hello again!! ⋆˚꩜｡
Formerly known as framed oddity, (or fayth mayne photography if you've been here a while) I am closing this chapter feeling nostalgic but inspired moving forward to focus on my work in the art department for film and television.

8 years ago, this page started as somewhere that I was able to share my work as a photographer, which was something I was very passionate about (and still love the medium!) but I have found other ways that I can express my creativity, and that is as a production designer.

Over the past two years, I have collaborated with many emerging talents, and I can't wait to share what we have been up to. I'm looking forward to working with other like-minded creatives and continuing on this journey (^-^)

// It's been 6 months since we lost you. There's still so much I haven't accepted, my heart still feels heavy.

Some days, I just want to talk about all of our memories together that I cherish so dearly. Other days, I can't get a word out without feeling choked up.

You're always in my thoughts, and I want to remember you for who you really are. You were so intelligent and full of curiosity. You're passionate about science, history, architecture, music, and you had an appreciation for art.

You are the biggest nerd too, you adored nintendo, lego, dinosaurs and have an elite collection of eccentric socks. You're the biggest fan of Tool I know, your collection of albums and memorabilia is unmatched. You are a talented woodworker and made the most stunning custom bowls out of tree burls, you had so much attention to each detail.

Spending time with you and our family over east was always something I looked forward to. Seeing where you grew up and called home was always special. Going to galleries, museums, concerts and book stores together, you always fueled my creativity. Seeing how much time you had dedicated to restoring your Torana, your eyes would light up at any opportunity you had to talk about it. I also admire your dedication to your career and your perseverance with everything you achieved.

Although it wasn't always easy, and you battled your demons for a very long time. Even in the end, it was still you. Alcohol addiction is a cruel, cruel disease, and it took you away from us far too soon. You were a man of few words, but you were sensitive, kind and always looked after those you love. You tried so hard to keep going.

I wish I could tell you about all the exciting things I have been up to and all the challenges I've overcome. One day, we will talk again about the wonders and curiosities of the universe. Until then, I hope you have found the answers to some of those questions (and I hope you're somewhere playing NES, watching the Simpsons, eating pizza and tabbouleh all day). I miss you so much ♡ by @fayth.mayne
