Fayyem: onde estranhos viram amigos em volta de uma mesa.

Na Tunísia, tive uma das experiências que mais me marcou em dez anos de viagem. A chef Farah criou algo verdadeiramente especial: um jantar onde as pessoas chegam como estranhos e saem como conexões reais.

Naquela noite compartilhamos histórias sobre cultura, trabalho, vida e sonhos. Pessoas de lugares completamente diferentes, com o mesmo apetite. Não só pela comida (que estava uma delícia, diga-se de passagem), mas pela conexão humana.

O lugar foi escolhido com muito carinho. A vista da Tunísia, aquele céu azul… e as andorinhas voando durante toda a noite, como se soubessem que aquele momento era especial. Porque era. 🕊️

Sou muito grata por todos que conheci. Espero rever vocês em breve. Obrigada pelo convite, Fayyem. 🫶

Fayyem: where strangers become friends around a table.

In Tunisia, I had one of the most meaningful experiences of my ten years traveling. Chef Farah created something truly special: a dinner where people arrive as strangers and leave as connections.

“Fayyem is never just about what’s on the table. It’s about who’s around it.”

That night we shared stories about culture, work, life and dreams. People from completely different places, hungry for the same thing. Not just the food (that was delicious btw), but the human connection.

The setting was chosen with so much care. The view of Tunisia, that blue sky… and swallows flying overhead the entire evening, as if they knew that night was special. Because it was. 🕊️

I’m so grateful for everyone I met. I hope to see you all again soon. Thank you for the invitation, Fayyem. ✨
