At this point barre3 is part of my personality and I’m not sorry about it 💁🏻‍♀️ but it’s not just a workout, it’s how I reset & realign or I’d be… even crazier 🤣 okay who wants to take a free class with me?! @barre3southtampa 🧡

This in fact did not take 20 seconds. Peeling a pomegranate is a quiet reminder that some things are worth doing slowly. There is meaning in the unhurried parts of life, something I forget often. And “For you, a thousand times over” has always resonated with me, not just as loyalty, but as the kind of devotion that’s also reserved for yourself. “Barhe tu, hazar dafa” 🥹 by @fbx926

Byeeee August you were a little stressful! Hiii September! Officially my birthday month! A time to reflect on all the good, bad, AND the privilege of getting older! Embracing my natural hair - with gray stragglers 👵🏽, not paying attention to anything that does NOT pay me (read that again 💁🏻‍♀️) and refusing to give anyone or anything space in my mind that doesn’t bring enrichment. #HappySeptember friends 💚 praying it’s a good one. #ootd by @fbx926

#Eid in NC: No farshi shalwar, classic arguments with Ruby, planed outfit failed, backup outfit, I didn’t love at first. Battled frizzy hair, pollen, & lack of sleep… ate way too much and laughed even more. Basically, just like childhood. Eid Mubarak friends! 🩷 taken in Apex, North Carolina by @fbx926

Stepping into 37; where the plan is no plan and causal doesn’t exist in the vocabulary ✨They say age brings wisdom, so here’s what I know for sure: between life’s storms and uncertainties, choosing to show up fully (whilst polished 💁🏽‍♀️) is how we honor both our struggles & our dreams. Life isn’t meant for safe outfits or 5-year plans, for that matter - especially in this economy, pookie 🫠😂 chase the ambitions that scare you & face the things that make you nervous. Here’s to being present, overdressed and over-prepared for whatever plot twist comes next, because life loves to throw them 😎 so lets fucking gooooo. 🥂 #libra #birthday 🎂 💚 by @fbx926

It’s been awhile, some thoughts: life isn’t easy, but get up every day and find joy in the little things. Chipped a tooth, so my smile’s got a new edge - still adjusting to that. 😂 Not giving up selfies tho, or skinnies for that matter. Also I’ll be 37 this year and WTF?! how did that happen butttt I’m healthy, & ‘happy’ is subjective, but let’s go with it. What I’m not: demure or cutesy. What I am: mindful. minding my own business and just out here living life instead of pretending to. Wore this outfit after 7 years and that’s on sustainability. Okay byeee 😘 by @fbx926
