J’ai regroupé les principales courses annoncées au Maroc pour t’aider à choisir tes prochains objectifs et organiser ta saison.

LE SHOW COMMENCE 🎬🏃‍♂️

Derrière les rires, les kilomètres en forêt et les moments avec la crew, il y a toujours le même objectif : build the engine, one run at a time.
18km • LR-AER • aerobic base + durability. Pas besoin de transformer chaque sortie en test : aujourd’hui, on construit ce qui devra tenir demain.

VO₂max ≠ chrono

Le VO₂max représente ton aerobic ceiling, ton potentiel maximal du système aérobie. Mais un gros chiffre sur la montre ne garantit pas un gros chrono.

En endurance, la performance dépend d’un système : VO₂max + LT/CS + RE + durability + training consistency.

Deux runners peuvent donc afficher une VO₂max proche et produire des performances très différentes.

21,1 km au Maroc : le bon semi ne se choisit pas au hasard. 🇲🇦

Un parcours rapide sur le papier n’est pas forcément le bon choix pour ton objectif.

Avant de sélectionner une course, je regarde quatre paramètres : objectif chrono, profil du parcours, conditions météo et logistique. Ensuite vient la préparation : construire la base AER, développer la spécificité HM, valider les acquis et arriver frais sur la ligne de départ.

Dans ce premier ENGINEER’S TAKE, je partage mon cadre de décision et les KPI à suivre pour préparer un semi avec méthode. du premier 21,1 km à la recherche d’un RP.
