Once again, God through nature has shown us that nature comes through for those who believe.
In 2023, a gynecologist looked me in the face & said I should not bother thinking of a natural conception. 2 reasons she gave: Age & low AMH. I said: just that?
Coincidentally, I had a bottle of smoothie in my hands that day and she literally told me that these things (my smoothie) cannot make any difference. I was visibly angry with those words & that was the last day I went there.

Within a month, my AMH went up and since then, I have not stopped telling you guys that your AMH can change. Nature always has a way.

Took in 4 months after my wedding and on May 22, 2025, I had a very natural birth. As natural as it can be. God gave me yet another testimony through nature.

Everything I have preached on this platform for 9yrs came through. I live and walk the talk and God always shows that is exactly how he ordained it to be.

All the glory I give to God for showing me this path. I would choose it over & over again.

NB: I had a waterbirth. What I had always wanted. It is the best experience ever.

If live what you preach was a person, it would be me 😆😆😆
About 4yrs ago, I started my indepth research on natural birth. Along the line, I discovered there was such a thing called waterbirth. The more I researched, the more I realized that should the time ever come, I wanted to have a waterbirith experience even though I wasn't sure if such services existed in nigeria. Fast forward to September 2024 when I found out I was pregnant, I started processing visa to travel just to experience this waterbirth method.

I had come to realize that the hospital way of giving birth wasn't the ideal way and I didn't want anything that defies nature. Anyways, visa was denied but I continued with my search. My search led me to The Tent Wellness Centre. Imagine my surprise when I realized they were just a walking distance from my office.

I had an amazing experience with the entire team. Their calmness all through 7hrs of labor was one of my sources of strength. Hajia Faizah was amazing. They listened to me and helped me through the entire process. Should I talk about how working with people who share the same values as you do really helps on this journey? When contractions became frequent, she was very present and kept monitoring with Boyfriend until it was time to leave home. Not once did I feel all by myself even when I was the one who had to do the work😊

I didn't give birth on my back but on all fours exactly as I had researched & Imagined what the experience would be like. Boyfriend was also with me throughout. His presence alone gave me strength (will do a different post on this). If i have to choose again, I would choose a waterbirth experience.

I absolutely recommend the tent wellness center for anyone who is considering a waterbirth experience.

Their ig page was recently disabled but you can reach them on 09130002226
