Happy Son’s Day to my boy. ❤️

One of the greatest gifts of being your Dad is getting a front-row seat to the young man you’re becoming.

We compete. We laugh. We talk trash. 😂 We work. I coach you, you challenge me, and somewhere along the way you’ve become one of my favorite little dudes to hang out with.

I hope when you’re older, you don’t just remember the games, practices or places we went. I hope you remember that Dad was there. ❤️

Cheering for you. Teaching you. Believing in you. And probably embarrassing you a little along the way. 😂

Big kids get put in a box way too early. 🏈

Not my guy.

He wanted to throw, so we’ve been putting in the work. Mechanics. Footwork. Accuracy. Reps after reps. 🎯

And now it’s starting to show.

Darts. Dimes. Right on the button. 😮‍💨🔥

As his Dad, I don’t need to decide what position he’s supposed to be. My job is to give him opportunities, help him work and let him show us who he can become. Thanks @qc.qbs for also helping my boy 💪🏽🙏

Don’t put kids in boxes too early.

Sometimes all they need is someone to believe in them long enough for the work to catch up. ❤️

99 DAYS LEFT. ⏳

Some people are already mentally checking out of 2026.

“Wait until next year.”

“Market’s too weird.”

“Rates are too high.”

“I’ll start in January.”

Nah.

99 days is a LONG time to change your year. 😤

99 days to make the calls.
99 days to take the listing.
99 days to buy the house.
99 days to sell the one that no longer fits.

And me?
