We would like to congratulate Kevin Shadiak on his induction into the FDU Devils Athletics Hall of Fame!

Kevin was one of the most decorated men's lacrosse players to come through FDU-Florham. He was named First Team All-MAC in three consecutive seasons from 2008 to 2010 and was team MVP in both 2008 and 2010. Kevin was named the MAC Championship MVP in 2009 helping the Devils earn the automatic qualifier for the NCAA tournament. He was a top 10 goal scorer in all of Division III in 2009 and earned himself an Inside Lacrosse Preseason All-American selection in 2010. Kevin is 10th all-time in career points with 184. He was also inducted into the Devils Hall of Fame as a member of the 2009 FDU Men's Lacrosse Team. by @fdumenslax

Our fifth Summer Check In is with rising Senior Luke Dugan!

Luke recently studied abroad in England and France through FDU’s Study Abroad Program. While there, Luke explored the history of World War I and World War II. He was able to attend lectures, walk through Churchill’s War Rooms, explore historic battlefields, trenches and memorials, and got to visit the former Natzweiler-Struthof concentration camp.

In his own words, “I was able to experience history in a way that can’t be taught in a classroom. Visiting these places gave me a deeper appreciation for the people, events and sacrifices that shaped our world. I’m grateful for this unforgettable experience and everything I learned along the way.” by @fdumenslax

Our fourth Summer Check In is with rising Senior Steve Leuthner!

Steve completed his 2nd & final 6 weeks of Officer Candidate School in Quantico, VA. He earned his Eagle, Globe & Anchor and is officially a U.S. Marine. Upon graduating from FDU in May, he will be commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the USMC and will continue his training! by @fdumenslax
