BLACK TECH WEEK: Cincinnati Edition

CTRL + ALT + CREATE

What a powerful experience! Black Tech Week SUPRISED me! This was my first year attending and it surpassed all of my expectation. First off, let's start off with the speakers on the main stage. The offsites. The sound baths meditations to center yourself. The sponsored networking events. Did you know Ohio is THE #1 STATE to do business in the country ?
Shout out to @jobsohio for supporting and creating pipelines of opportunity for ALL! And this post would not be complete without a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the amazing team behind @blacktechweek Black ! I'll definitely will be back next year, now who's is coming with me? #t! #Blacktechweek #techforgood #jobsohio kreativconsultagency taken in Cincinnati, OH by @fe.noir

I remember taking rides in the back of your grandfathers Caddy to Ohio State Fair to eat corn dogs, funnel cakes and lemonade. Memorizing all the words to Space Jam🛸and Lion King 🦁. Countless sleep overs. Dancing to 702 Steelo at 5th grade talent show. Being annoyed because I had to finish ALL my food at the table at your house, before taking a sip of water 😩. Trying to sneak to see Rated R movies. Waiting ALL DAY for you to call me and tell me what you got for Christmas, because the you had to wait for everyone to wake up to open gifts🙄. Getting suspended for the season for stealing volleyballs from the opposing team!! 😂😂😂😂

We have had many other chapters. College visits in between West Virginia and DC. So many Homecomings at A&T I should be an honory graduate(AGGIE PRIDE💙💛! ). Navigating early careers together in DC. Crashing on couches, trying to figure it out life as you adults.

Now we are here, 30 years! Whew! God knew what he was doing when you bless me with your friendship !!! I love you so much and can’t wait to see what you do next! Cheers to every chapter! I’ll be right there to cheer you on @s2fmgmt Happy Birthday ! Your forever friend, Leesh by @fe.noir

This weekend was epic! My Ebby really laid it out for me and I am beyond grateful . I love that lady with every piece of me and I know without a doubt she feels the same. It’s amazing. Also, my sisters Lauren, Christina, and Felicia coming all the way to LA to vibe out with me was just so wonderful and warm. Y’all my OGs real gang gang…I truly felt loved by everyone who came to celebrate with me, everyone who sent me a message, and everyone who called to say they love me. I was Malibu’s most wanted!! Thank you I love you too ANNNDD 2026 abt to be the best year ever bc it’s what WE make it! Happy birthday to me! 🥳 taken in Malibu, California by @fe.noir

✨ This Gatsby-themed birthday was an absolute SUCCESS! ✨ Lord knows I love a theme! 🥰And everyone understood the assignment🤗🥂🎉🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽🤏🏽
Happy Birthday, Felicia — and welcome home! Your 40th birthday + housewarming was truly one for the books. 🥂💎

From the décor to the roaring-20s elegance, everything was classy, elevated, and unforgettable…
And listen — your bartender was FIRE🍷🥂🔥!The real star of the night was the caviar bump and all that Gatsby-level glam. 💃🏽🍾✨

Here’s to a fabulous new decade and countless amazing memories in your beautiful new HISTORIC home. Cheers, to the birthday girl! 👑🥂
