Happy International Pilates Day ❤️❤️
So grateful to do what I love helping people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies.

I can’t believe it’s been almost a year since I started teaching.

From getting certified in Edinburgh, to spending nearly 8 months fully dedicated to the process every portfolio, every workshop, and the final assessment teaching a full group… it all truly paid off.

Along the way, I had the privilege of meeting the most lovely and supportive women, which made the journey even more special ❤️
