#roastmeat heaven 🙌
-
You guys better save London’s BEST roast meat combo spot and give it a visit if you haven’t already!!
-
@three.uncles is the best all rounder for roast meats: roast duck (燒鴨), crispy pork belly (燒肉) and char siu (叉燒). Normally I go out of my way to not order char siu because other places do it so dry and flavourless.. I MAKE SURE to order it whenever we get Three Uncles because they do it so well here! 👌
-
What we ordered:
Curry Fishballs 咖哩魚丸*
Char Siu Sou 叉燒酥
Three Meats with Rice 三燒飯***
Wonton & Char Siu Lo Mein 餛飩叉燒撈麵***
*Must order when there
***MUST TRY
-
You know foods good when it gets the seal of approval from Asian parents. We get Three Uncles delivery 90% of the time when I go back home to visit the rents and we get takeaways.
The Lo Mein in particular is my dish, you’ll need to give it a try for yourself, it’s a certain taste you can only get in Asia. The sides are delicious but the mains are next level so I would recommend you get an additional main over the sides 👀
-
📍@three.uncles has a second shop in Hawley Wharf Camden Town located opposite Camden Market. You can find them either there or at their OG store in Liverpool Street

Is this the future of movie watching? I don't think I want it any other way now 😂
-
Experiencing Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone in Cosm’s Shared Reality dome felt like stepping right into Hogwarts. The scale of the 8K dome makes it an amazing immersive experience. My favourite scene was the chess scene, they timed it just right 👌🏻

[AD] Mid-Autumn Festival traditions start right here 🥮🌙
-
Setting out our festive treats with the gold standard Hong Kong MX Mooncakes 香港美心月餅 from @freshasia_uk. It feels so nostalgic about opening up this iconic gold tin and tucking into a slice of White Lotus Seed Paste with Two Egg Yolks 雙黃白蓮蓉. It’s a tradition that the whole family looks forward to every year (though some of us clearly can’t resist sneaking a piece early!)
If you like to mix things up or are looking for a gift, their Golden Autumn 金楓秋意 Assorted Gift Set is a great alternative so you can try a bit of everything
-
What is your go-to mooncake flavour? 🎑

Came for a look, stayed for the photobooth 🐼📸
-
Popped into @ruarua_panda and ended up spending a good chunk of time checking out all the panda themed stuff, plushies based on real life pandas, making custom pouches and messing around in the photo booth. Super cute spot if you love pandas or looking for gifts for a fellow panda lover and come on... who aren't obsessed with these guys?! 🥹

🤩 Wow, what a summer!
We visited a wide range of kid's theatre shows this year with their own immersive experience. I can't pick a favourite but we'll definitely go to all of them again.
-
Here are the ones we watched:
💙 Bluey's Big play @officialbluey
🦖 Dinosaur World Live @dinoworldlive
🩺 Zog Live on Stage @zogonstage
🫈 The Gruffalo Live on Stage @gruffalo @tallstories *invite

Unplugged and completely mesmerized, Kid's theatre shows are a great way to swap screen time for real-world wonder, keeping little ones spellbound from start to finish 🎭✨

✨ SAUCE CHALLENGE... but with a 4 year old (Pt. 1) ✨
What could go wrong? (Answer: Him saying "no" to every single sauce except one 🫣)
-
With my eldest starting Primary school in a few weeks, I've been getting him in the kitchen to help out. We decided to heat up some of the frozen kimbap from @freshasia_official 's newest Korean street food collection, and it turns out it’s so easy even a 4 year old can prep it!
The sauce tasting part? Well... let's just say he has very firm opinions 🤪
-
Stay tuned for part 2 🤸🏻‍♀️

I don't know about you but I always struggle with getting a selection of hotpot stuff for home so this is the perfect stress and mess-free deal!

Spend the afternoon surrounded by cinema history at the Marilyn Monroe exhibition, then unwind with the limited-edition inspired menu by @chefcorrigan
🎬 The Exhibition: Rare glimpses, iconic style, and timeless nostalgia. I came in knowing very little about Marilyn Monroe's life and I stepped out knowing her more and seeing her in a new light 🤍
🥂 The Food & Drinks: What better way to savour than grabbing one of Marilyn's favourite Piper-Heidsieck and small plates.
Marilyn Monroe Menu: 🥔 Potato Terrine, 🫜 Beetroot Tartare, 🍖Grilled Mortadella, 🍗Fried Chicken
Main menu: 🥩Beef Fillet, Crispy Potato, Parsnip, Peppercorn Sauce, 🐟Steamed Dover Sole, Wild Mushrooms, Samphire, Butter Sauce, 🍮Steamed Pudding, Chilled Ginger Custard, Rhubarb & Apple
No specific recommendations because we loved them all and highly recommend everything!
