20+ years in real estate, and I’m still looking for ways to get better. ✨

One thing I’ve never wanted to become is comfortable simply because I’ve been doing this for a long time.

I want to know more.
Listen more.
Refine my craft.
And be better at what I do than I was yesterday.

Today’s Sharing Mindset with Daryl King and Chilli at TRIDEL was one of those afternoons that reminded me why getting into the right rooms and hearing different perspectives still matters.

We talked about luxury real estate, relationships, service, and what separates a good agent from an exceptional one.

After more than two decades in this business, I’m still a student of it.

Because experience should never make you complacent. It should make you curious. 🤎
