“People can genuinely see through when you’re not embodying yourself.” 🎯

This is your reminder from @beauradleigh to step out exactly as you are today. True connectivity starts with dropping the performance. taken in Los Angeles, California by @feelseen_wellness

"Oh my God, I'm in my purpose" - @botchwavy

We stopped by Sweet Tea’s Beauty Supply to chat with Bridget about how her work is anchored in real community care. Authentic visibility is about operating in your purpose while being of service to others.

Last month, we invited youth, ages 13-17, to our first-ever By Us For Us: A Female Identifying Youth Retreat. A 2-day-long experience where students participated in a sound bath, journaling exercises, leadership workshops and more, aimed at exposing them to experts and leaders across various industries and wellness practices. Our goal is simple: to continue to build the programming our community needs to support their access to arts, education, and wellness.

We can’t wait to see them turn these new experiences and learnings into an everyday practice that continues to spark creativity, curiosity, and joy. by @feelseen_wellness

Our first Reset & Reconnect session was created as an intimate and intentional space for deep somatic reflection, breathwork, and connection. 🍒

Sometimes the most profound shifts happen when we put the world on pause, and step away from the screens to just breathe and be. by @feelseen_wellness

"True visibility allows others to feel safe around you.” 🔎

We got to talk with @mochajayoffical about the power of visible community. Making art isn’t just a hobby, but a way to create safe spaces for others to feel completely seen.

Feeling so grateful for everyone who showed up to Hike & Hang 🥾✨

You brought your full selves, your openness, your energy—and it made the whole experience what it was. There’s something really special about strangers showing up and leaving with genuine connection.

Thank you for being a part of it 💛 more to come. by @feelseen_wellness
