Feelvana is so much more than yoga teacher training. It was a life changing experience that allowed me to truly witness myself and others, gain a deeper sense of self and develop a curiosity of the world around me, all while being supported and held in both the literal and spiritual sense by others.
What a gift it was to be led by Ally and Ashley for those 3 weeks – their approach to yoga is powerful, real, refreshing, and so important.
Sansara resort is the most beautiful place and the perfect backdrop for the soulful work and transformative experience that is Feelvana- Nina by @feelvana

The most beautiful, transformational three weeks of my life. Heart cracked wide open by every single aspect of this experience. I am so much more clear about who I am and the way I walk in this world. Endless love and thanks to Ally and Ash for creating Feelvana. I wish every womxn could experience this. I can’t really put into words what this experience was. I am a retired executive with a bank and it was the hardest and best experience I have ever had. It gave me an opportunity to grow within my practice and to find a deeper meaning and love for life. I would recommend to anyone - regardless of Age! Yoga and it’s practice is so much more than the Bends... it is a way of life❤️ by @feelvana
