Next year will mark 10 years of hosting retreats! I am planning a nostalgic throwback with the waitlist opening soon. Any guesses of where we might be headed? by @the.feelosophy

While I am current not accepting any new clients you can always add your name to my waitlist for when availability opens back up. I love supporting those navigating pre and postpartum. Grief and loss. Trauma processing via EMDR and Neuroaffective touch. by @the.feelosophy

So excited to be heading back to Mexico in 2027 for the next @feelvana 200 hour YTT. Ready to deepen your knowledge of yoga? Want to add more mindfulness techniques to your therapy practice? Curious about how yoga teachings can expand your wellness offering? 2027 is your year. Learn more at Feelvana.com by @the.feelosophy

We realized at boarding. Baby girl’s carry-on was still outside security. All her clothes, gifts, toys and books somewhere in Toronto Pearson 🤦🏼‍♀️

The day before I taught a workshop on letting go. So I practiced what I teach. I let go of the items, the self blame, the panic. And I trusted it would be found.

It was. Within hours. (Shoutout to my mother-in-law, who called the airport 5 times. Persistence is a practice too.)

That’s why I love yoga. Not just the physical part the philosophy, the principles, the life guidance that truly supports you if you let it.

That’s what we’re doing in the Yoga Teacher Training not just sequencing and certification, but the real stuff: somatic and nervous system education, trauma-informed teaching, and the philosophy that helps you navigate when life gets messy.

Mexico, March 2027 @feelvana. If you’re in a season of growth and ready to take the leap we’d love to have you.

More on letting go + journal prompts on the Substack. All YTT info at feelvana.com. Links in bio.

This past week we did a quick trip to show baby girl where her parents met 💕 I got to teach a workshop for the first time since becoming a mom which felt so special. The theme was Aparigraha - letting go and non-attachment.

A practice that I live each minute as a parent. Letting go of expectations and control. Case in point we forgot a carryon suitcase outside of security and didn’t realize until we were on the plane! Parent brain fail for sure! And what a test. Letting go of the items in the bag. But also trusting it will be found.

Travel mishaps aside this was a beautiful trip and we can’t wait to be back ❤️ by @the.feelosophy

You’ve been on yoga retreats but you’re still craving more. If this sounds like you maybe a 2 week training is for you. Many people attend our YTT who don’t want to teach. Our training is about fully embodying yoga. You will be able to teach when you leave, but trust us you’ll be leaving with so much more. Curious? Book a call with us to learn more!

Writing about breakups in this weeks FeelsKit. The friendship kind of breakup. It was inspired by a good cry I had with one of best friends who just came to visit. So here’s to all the friends who have been lost and to giving ourselves permission to have new friendship contracts as life changes and evolves. Read more over on Substack.

Life lately 💕 slowly finding our rhythm as a trio.
Stepping back into teaching yoga with my little girl and opening up therapy spots to see clients again. Not going “back” to who I was but finding time and space to do the things that light me up while also discovering who I am now as a mom. by @the.feelosophy
