🚨Official:

The FEIA Falcons have been accepted to compete in the CSSHL for the upcoming 24/25 season. We are thrilled to be part of the CSSHL as it will allow our student-athletes to continue their growth and development both on and off the ice. This provides excellent exposure and opportunities across the Country.

We will be competing in the U17 and U18 east divisions next year. What does this mean?

U17 will consist of 2008/2009s
U18 will consist of 2008/2007s

🚨OFFICIAL:
We are pleased to announce that FEIA has been accepted as a Hockey Canada Accredited School (@hockeycanada). With this news our players will be insured and playing under the sanctioning of Hockey Canada.

This will allow players to play for their provincial and national programs while attending our Academy. Players will also be able to AP for junior hockey programs along with attending key minor hockey showcases.

This has been a long journey and we are excited to continue to develop and build a program that will compete with some of the top teams in Canada and USA.

Riley’s hard work, dedication, and commitment to his development at FEIA have earned him this exciting opportunity.

FEIA U18 Prep goalie DEMITRY GIKAS has earned a camp invite to the Sherbrooke Phoenix of the QMJHL!

Another step forward earned through hard work, dedication, commitment, and consistency between the pipes. The grind continues at the next level—time to go show what’s possible.

Two weeks away from the Fort Erie International Academy camp in Boisbriand. Reminder: this is a small, focused camp designed to identify future prospects for the FEIA Falcons Elite U17 and U18 Prep Programs.

Camp Details:

📅 Date: Thursday, May 14, 2026
📍 Location: 999 Bd de la Grande-Allée #995
⏰ Time: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🎯 Age Groups: 2009, 2010, 2011 born players
🏒 Level: AAA / D1 or Elite players for your age group

Schedule:

🕑 2:00 PM – Sign-In
🏒 3:00 PM – Practice Begins
🥅 4:00 PM – Game Begins
🎓 5:15 PM – Information Session & Presentation (Learn more about the FEIA experience)
✅ 6:00 PM – End of Session

How to Register:

🔹 Step 1: Email me at derek.bachynski@feia.ca to express interest in attending. Please include the player’s full name, date of birth, and position.

🔹 Step 2: I will confirm if spots are still available.

Big thank you to Mike Clarkson for stopping by today and delivering an impactful presentation on “Overcoming Fear, Coping with Stress, and the Importance of Mental Preparation” in hockey.

Mike brings a wealth of experience as an author of 10 books, former player and coach, and award-winning sportswriter with the Toronto Star.

This marks the start of our spring classroom sessions, running every Wednesday, as we continue building complete players both on and off the ice. Our group remains fully committed, balancing development on the ice, in the gym, and now in the classroom, right through to exam prep at the end of May.
