Soooo excited to share this one 🎉 ㅤ We just launched a brand new website refresh for our beautiful client, Jodi Tingling, founder of @creatingnewsteps and owner of a career psychotherapy practice. ㅤ It’s only been about a year since Jodi went all in on her business full time, and wow… the growth has been unreal. When she decides something is hers, she moves. No hesitation. No second guessing. That energy is exactly what’s gotten her here. ㅤ This project wasn’t just about a website refresh. It was about helping her show up as her future self. From stepping into her speaking era at Next Level You to now running workshops and career intensives for organizations, it’s been incredible to witness the evolution. ㅤ About Jodi: Jodi isn’t just a coach who read a book and decided to help people find their purpose. She’s a licensed therapist with a Master of Social Work and over 15 years of experience. She helps professionals break through career confusion and supports organizations in building cultures of growth and engagement. Whether she’s working one on one with individuals or training leadership teams, she brings deep therapeutic insight paired with practical strategy. She’s also the creator of the CLEAR™ Method, a framework designed to address what’s really keeping people stuck, not just treating the symptoms. The result is real, lasting transformation for both individuals and organizations. ㅤ Jodi, thank you for trusting me with your vision and for letting me support you as you step into this next chapter. This is just the beginning ✨ ㅤ Go check out her new site and give her some love 👇 www.creatingnewsteps.com ㅤ HUGE shoutout also to @pictonatbrandingcreative for the stunning photos that seriously made my job 100x easier 😘 by @feimodern
One-pager or multi-page website — which one’s right for you? Rule of thumb: Start lean. Expand when you’re ready to scale. A minisite is like a chic elevator pitch: short, direct, and built to drive one clear action. A multi-page site is your full brand story told in chapters, ready for your audience to explore. ✨ Minisite → Perfect for event promos, launches, and early-stage businesses. Fast to build. Laser-focused. ✨ Multi-Page Site → Ideal for established brands, SEO growth, scaling, and complex offers. More space. More visibility. More impact. Both have their place. The magic isn’t in the format; it’s in the strategy and how well it aligns with your audience’s journey. Most of my clients who just start off their business go with a starter minisite to test out their offers then later expand to a full website as their business evolves. If you’re looking for guidance on which option is best for you, send me a DM and let’s chat! 😊 Which do you have now: a minisite or a full website? by @feimodern
When I first started my business, I used to think investing in brand strategy at the early stages of your business wasn’t necessary. ㅤ Boy was I wrong 🧐 ㅤ As time went by and I worked with more and more clients, it hit me just how crucial having even a basic strategy in place really is. Picture trying to cook up something delicious without a recipe—you're pretty much just guessing 🤷🏻‍♀️ ㅤ A brand strategy gives coaches clarity on who they are, who they serve, and what makes them stand out. It’s your roadmap for showing up confidently and consistently. ㅤ That’s why before every website project, an initial brand consultation is conducted after a brand intake form is filled out to ensure we understand your brand and what goals you’re trying to achieve in the long-run. ㅤ This helps us come up with the creative direction and figure out what elements and assets need to be created to carry out your vision. From logo design to color schemes, typography to tone of voice—every element is meticulously crafted to ensure it aligns with your overarching brand narrative. ㅤ In essence, investing in a comprehensive brand strategy early on sets the foundation for sustainable growth. So if you're serious about taking your business to new heights, don’t overlook this critical component! ㅤ And even if you haven't invested time or money into creating one before inquiring with us, not a problem! Working with us ensures you'll get one solidified—whether you like it or not 😆 ㅤ Want to get started on building your brand? I’ve got a valuable freebie covering the 5 key elements that drive brand awareness, equity, and sentiment over time. Comment the word 'STRATEGY' down below and I'll send you a copy! 💌 ㅤ #businesscoaches #wordpresswebdesign #coachingbusiness #businessgrowth #brandingstrategy #brandidentity by @feimodern
One of the best parts of running Next Level You is getting to bring the right voices into the room. ㅤ This Wednesday, November 4, our collective is joined by guest expert Anjali Handa for a special exclusive hands-on masterclass on Powerful Presence. One of the special perks of being a Next Level You alumni ✨ ㅤ Anjali Handa is a leadership coach, speaker, and creator of The Powerful Presence Workshop. With over 15 years of experience in leadership development, she has trained and coached more than 1,500 leaders worldwide, earning a reputation as a top-rated, highly sought-after facilitator. ㅤ Anjali is passionate about helping ambitious women find their voice, own the room, and communicate with confidence and authentic authority. ㅤ Through experiential workshops and transformational coaching, she creates spaces where women can challenge old patterns, discover their communication blind spots, and evolve how they see themselves and show up as leaders. ㅤ Her philosophy is simple: Presence over performance. Always. ㅤ This session is part celebration and part reconnection. We're celebrating our 3rd cohort and bringing everyone back together for fresh, renewed inspiration. ㅤ Anjali will help us find our voice and own the room, spot our communication blind spots, and show up with confidence and authentic authority, without performing. ㅤ Come ready to participate. This one is hands on, not sit back and listen ✨ by @feimodern
That rebrand on your list might be fixing the wrong problem... and I say that as someone who's been tempted to start over more times than I can count 🙈 Check these 3 signs first: your visuals shift every few posts, nobody can tell what you offer, and your bio doesn't say who you help. Every one of those is a positioning fix, so your logo can stay right where it is 😌 ' You're not invisible. You're under-positioned. DM me SEEN and I'll send you the deets on Seen & Amplified™! #brandpositioning #brandstrategy #personalbranding #brandingforcoaches #coachesofinstagram by @feimodern
A client came to me after she'd already spent A LOT on round after round of logo iterations with another designer… and she still wasn't loving her brand. Here's what we found once we looked closer. Her website was split across 2 platforms, WordPress and Squarespace, with broken links and navigation that made people work way too hard to find her book and programs. Even the most beautiful logo gets lost when everything around it feels scattered 🫠 Your brand is every touchpoint working together. Your website, your words, your visuals, and what it actually feels like to work with you. When those all tell the same story, people start to recognize you, and that recognition is what builds trust. So we kept the logo and colours she'd invested in, refined how they were used, and moved everything onto 1 streamlined WordPress site. Now she has a digital home she's proud to share ☺️ Save this and run the quick check on slide 6. Want a second set of eyes on yours? DM me the word BRAND and I'll take a look! 🌸 Fifa P.S. That quick check is the first step of my Seen & Amplified™ Framework, The Visibility Audit. It's built right into Seen & Amplified™, and you can try it free for 14 days through the link in my bio! #branding #brandstrategy #smallbusinesstips #webdesign #brandidentity by @feimodern
Somewhere along the way we started believing the fix for feeling invisible online is simply posting more... So you post 5 times a week. You try the trending audio. You batch 30 captions on a Sunday and still feel like nobody quite gets what you do 🫠 I've been there. For a while I was convinced my problem was visibility. It turned out to be positioning… the moment I talked about my offers clearly, they sold. Posting more only amplifies the message that's already there. When that message is fuzzy, it just reaches MORE people who still don't get it. That's why Seen & Amplified™ starts with your foundation. You set your Voice Profile, Brand Profile and Signature Framework first, so every post Fei helps you create pulls from your real stories and your actual strategy. Refine first. Amplify always ☺️ The 14-day free trial is open, and the $69/mo founding rate is locked in for the first 20 members. Comment SEEN and I'll send you the link! 🌸 Fifa by @feimodern

It took me months to add 2 words to my Instagram title 🫠 I’d been answering AI questions for months, running workshops on building your own AI powered lead magnet, and building client workspaces with AI agents woven right in. I even built my own platform, Seen & Amplified™, from the ground up with Claude Code. And I still hesitated to call myself an AI consultant. Which is funny, because it’s the exact gap I help coaches see in themselves. You’re already being asked for your expertise… while your profile still describes who you were a year ago. My business is evolving, and AI consulting is becoming a core part of what I offer alongside brand strategy and web design, for the same coaches and speakers I already serve. I’ve always believed AI amplifies the strategy that’s already there, so this work sits right on top of the positioning we build together. Once your message is clear and your presence feels like you, AI carries it further with a lot less effort on your end. You’re not invisible. You’re under-positioned. There’s still a bit of imposter syndrome in there, but I’m letting the title lead and trusting the confidence to catch up ☺️ If you’re curious how AI could support YOUR business, comment AI and let’s chat about building something custom or adding it to the website you already have! by @feimodern
I had a major wakeup call this week. One of my past clients decided to revamp her website and hired someone else to make the updates. When I looked at it, the site I’d originally built for her had been reworked into something that was very clearly made with AI. Not gonna lie, I was bummed… Part of me kept wondering why she hadn’t come to me first 😔 Then I sat with it for a little while, and the honest answer was uncomfortable. She didn’t come to me because I never told her she could. I’ve been deep in AI for months now, testing tools, building apps and connecting AI directly to WordPress sites through MCP. I mention bits of it here and there in my newsletter, but I never reached out to my clients directly. I never said, “here’s what’s changing in the website world, here’s how you can use AI to make your own updates without calling me for every little change, and here’s how I can help you set that up.” From where she was sitting, I was still the designer who built her site a while back. She had no way of knowing what I can do now. So yes, it stung... and it was also on me 🫠 Turns out you can be under-positioned with the people who already love your work. When your industry is shifting this quickly, keeping your clients informed is part of the job. If you don’t show them how you’re staying current and how they can keep working with you long after they’ve offboarded, they’ll naturally go looking somewhere else, and you really can’t blame them for that. So starting now, I’m committed to keeping all my clients informed about the changing landscape in not just the coaching industry but also the web design industry… as well how AI is directly impacting them. But most importantly of all, telling them how they can continue working with me! I’d much rather they hear what’s possible from me than figure it out with someone who doesn’t know their brand. If there are past clients you haven’t checked in with in a while, consider this your gentle nudge to reach out this week ☺️ by @feimodern

MYTH: “I’m not a professional speaker yet, so this isn’t for me.” Let’s debunk that right now. Next Level You isn’t just for seasoned speakers. It’s for purpose-driven women who have a story (don’t we all?), a mission to share and are ready to be seen, heard, and taken seriously, whether it’s your first stage or your next big leap. 🎤 You don’t need a TED Talk to own your story. You need the courage to say yes to your voice, and the support to bring it forward. That’s exactly what this experience offers. Here’s what you walk away with: 1️⃣ Brand photos that reflect the real, powerful you 2️⃣ A speaker page that opens doors 3️⃣ A media kit that says: I’m ready for this and amplifies your purpose 4️⃣ A custom AI tool that helps you build your presence with ease 5️⃣ Hands on coaching with two expert brand strategists The women you see here from the last cohort? They walked away with confidence, clarity, excitement, and readiness, fully aligned with their message, and embodying their next level self. The results speak for itself: launch of their individual speaker brands, guest podcast interviews, invitations to speak, asks to lead workshops, and it doesn’t stop there! ✨ This is more than just a photoshoot and website update. It’s a brand and visibility activation 📅 Doors close October 1st (the countdown is on!) ⚡ We meet live October 14 in Toronto Only a few spots left, and co-host @feimodern and I believe in this so deeply, we don’t want anyone who feels the pull to miss out! 💬 DM NEXT LEVEL to step into the room where your voice belongs. by @feimodern
