A beautiful sunny October day at Hampton Court House for Selina & Henry’s wedding. Warm light, bold colour and a ceremony full of love from start to finish. From the energy of the baraat to the rituals beneath the mandap, the day unfolded with so much joy.

One piece of advice I give every couple is to plan a quiet 20 minutes just for yourselves on the wedding day and be with your new partner. It can become one of the memories you hold onto from the day for the rest of your life.

Nothing framed this ceremony more beautifully than the landscape itself. We created a fabric white aisle for Alice & Kyle, scattered with dried rose petals from the garden of the groom's mother. White and soft green florals were placed on plinths to complement the mountain views at this one of a kind venue in Romania, Cuibul De Lemn.

Guests were welcomed by the sound of bagpipes, celebrating Kyle’s Scottish background, set against the venue’s distinctive façade with its sculptural, face-like architecture.

Venue Spotlight: Borgo Ritella, Puglia 🤍

A hidden gem in southern Italy, this restored masseria has white stone architecture, olive groves and effortless Apulian charm.

Borgo Ritella is a private borgo-style venue in Puglia, close to Polignano a Mare, with the feel of a small village, onsite accommodation for guests, and a series of interconnected outdoor spaces that work beautifully for long-table dinners and full wedding weekend celebrations.

PSA! 📣 Brides can also wear silver 🩶

We are seeing a big trend in weddings with brides shaking up the traditions now.. whether that be to skip parts of the usual lineup of the day, change the order of things around, brides and grooms both having best men and bridesmaida.. whatever it is - the rules have gone out the window! And brides are also showing up in silver, pinks, yellows, blues and whatever other colour they feel like!

I personally love where the wedding trends are taking us as a "non traditional" wedding planner. I focus on experiences rather than doing things by the book.
