Community murals allow you to capture the thoughts of event participants.

Here’s how it works:

❔We start with a prompt or question for everyone to think about

📋We provide post-it’s so people can write down their thoughts and add them to the board.

💭We group similar ideas, surface connections, and draw images to bring the group perspective to life.

📤 You can share the final image with your audience after the event to keep the conversation going.

When @frontandcenteredwa asked us to support their “From the Mountains to the Sound” unconference, we jumped at the chance. They gathered environmental advocates, indigenous leaders, and engaged community members to create a shared vision for the future of the Puget Sound. Our job was to visually record that shared vision. We were honored to be a part of it and we can’t wait to see how their work around water justice evolves! #visualnotetaking #waterjustice #graphicrecording #communityengagement

Graphic recording is a key part of how we work. It's one of our core offerings and is woven into our workshop design.

When we graphic record, we listen to conversations and draw live, capturing key ideas in the moment. This helps focus discussions, highlight underrepresented voices, and results in a take-home visual that can help spark new conversations.
