hi ppl who love music. i just posted the recording of my set from @program.sf’s show w/ @sage_introspekt & @susjesus back in august :’) this set was very special to me, getting to support one of my earliest inspos, icon Introspekt, and the goat RITCHRD who plays a big role in making the bay area scene what it is rn. i just played my very favorite sounds on a nice system to the freaks on the floor. i’m also very grateful for the invite to play @b0nitababy & @sfcowboy_’s new venue in its early stages. the bay needs more diy spaces made for the ppl by the ppl but the city doesn’t make it easy. go to the @program.sf page for ways to support. listen on my soundcloud ♡ by @fellyfell_
“Burnout” out now on @yukuwax’s Fresh Faces Part II 🧡 I hope this can help inspire more people, especially underrepresented groups of artists (femme, non-binary, trans & POC) to get after it!! Music production doesn’t have to be so fkn compilated. I’ll share a bit about my struggle of a journey getting into production soon and why I named the track Burnout :’) by @fellyfell_

xtrmly chill nervous system reset period ( ˘͈ ᵕ ˘͈♡) as ive shared in some stories and am now mainlining to the grid… ive been navigating some pretty challenging health complications over the last 10 months that have kept me from working on my music project / most bits of life. ive had to majorly shift the way i live my daily life and learn how to adjust my expectations to what my body needs in the moment. im making slow but sure af improvements tho!! this healing journey has been serving my whole body mind & spirit :))) ive been able to do some hiking, biking, and dancing again in the last month. i’m back to working part-time on client design projects. i definitely feel a refreshed appreciation for movement and cognitive abilities. being able to access my fav nature spots again has been precious. my gratitude practice has been going crazy, and i am more grateful than ever to have a mostly able body. i have to say - im so lucky this is seemingly only temporary for me as i’ve witnessed on a much deeper level how ableist and corporate america-centered our society is! insane there’s not much of a public safety net for freelancers/gig workers in the US when you’re put out of work. if you’re navigating anything like this hmu, i’ve learned sooo much about how to access resources in this situation. as challenging as these months of recovering have been, they’ve also been the most holistically healing and rewarding. they forced me into slowing tf down and prioritizing my health over all else. i’ve been able to recreate my own meanings of what’s truly important in life and am slowly breaking out of what my cultural-conditioning has told me to prioritize. ✰ ✰ ✰ also !! i’ve slowly been feeling some creative energy coming back. i’ve been exploring how i can still mix/make/share music that agrees with my nervous system rn, and i’m exciteddd to share a new lil project soon :D by @fellyfell_
