Free for public viewing, these five epic vintage @DEFENDER Land Rovers will be brought to life by five of Sydney’s leading artists: @artist_mlak, @stephenormandy, @funskull (Elliott Routledge), @daimon_downey and @ozzywrong.

Each will be live painting a classic Defender across the opening weekend at @Manly_Wharf, from October 16th 🤙🏼

Ozzy Wrong x Surf + Sound Festival 🏄🏼‍♂️

Artist, musician & surfer, @ozzywrong, fuses vibrant graphics, punk energy, and psychedelic imagination.

Whether he’s creating art, riding waves, or performing with his band ‘Goons of Doom’, Ozzy’s unmistakable creative vision celebrates freedom, humour, and the joy of living outside the lines.

Across 2 days (October 17th & 18th), Ozzy will be live painting one of five classic @defender’s in a world-first art showcase of this scale. The vehicles will be free for public viewing across the three weekends of Surf + Sound festival.

Calling all QLD & NSW Boardriders 🏄🏼‍♂️

Surf + Sound is putting together some of the best boardriders from Queensland & New South Wales for an exciting teams-format surf competition, held at Manly Beach Oct 31st - Nov 1st 2026.

2 Days. 18 Teams. $55,000 in prize money up for grabs!

Proudly supporting Aussie Boardriders Clubs, half of the prize purse will be awarded to the winning teams & other half will go to supporting the board rider club they represent.

$2,500 U18 Girls
$2,500 U18 Boys
$10,000 Legends Heat

How to Register 🌊
Each club selects their top 2 surfers in division to represent their crew.
