Dear Camp Ozark,

Thank you. Thank you for the 11 years I’ve spent here as a camper, J-Staff, and counselor. You’ve introduced me to some of the most genuine, Christ-centered people I’ve ever met. From M37, to P20, to the Swamp and the Haunted Fields, I’ve been welcomed with nothing but love. I’ve made friendships that will last a lifetime.

The impact this place has had on me over these last eight weeks as a counselor is something I can’t put into words. It truly has been the most rewarding job I’ll ever have, and I am beyond thankful for the way this place has changed my life. Everything happens for a reason, and I’m so grateful that God placed Camp Ozark in my life. If this was my last ride, I’m so glad it was with these people.

It truly is the people who make this place so special.
