Tomorrow the World Championship 2024 begins!

We have been on Lanzarote for three training camps to get ready for this championship and we feel ready!

The focus has been on starts and speed - now it’s just about trusting that we can put it all together in the next six days of racing.

The gear has been checked, our sails are new, and we can’t wait to start racing tomorrow, and do our best!

This video pretty much sums up how the start of 2024 has been for us 🌊

The first months of the year has been full send!

We have had two trips to lanzarote already, @laura.zeeberg got the keys for her new apartment and started renovating it, @jofred11 has started on a new contract on her job, we have worked on getting our gear and teamwork ready for the worlds, and in general we have tried to juggle the dual career life ⚡️ It has been a lot of hard work, but now we head home for a two weeks to rest, a bit of work, and to get mentally ready to go back for the worlds.

We have just finished the last training camp before the worlds starts in the beginning of March. We finally figured out how to keep our lane after the starts, so now we are ready to give it all we got at the worlds!

Summing up - time flies by a bit too quickly in team @femalextreme at the moment 😅 But we’ll try to keep you posted a bit more frequently 🤞🏼

Tomorrow the European Championship kicks off and we are ready!

The boat is polished, the gear is tripled checked for flaws, and our minds are filled with eagerness to sail our best!

This regatta is the first out of two qualifying events for the Danish Olympic selection.

We’re ready to give it all we got! 🔥

Danish National Champions 2023 🥇

This weekend has been so much fun! Racing against our best friends on home waters marks this event as being one of our favorite of the year! And taking the gold medal ofc only made it even more fun 🌟

The next weeks will be a lot of boat work and clocking hours on the water before our annual national team camp in week 42 and us heading almost straight to Vilamoura for the European Championship after.

We want to say special thanks to everyone at @osihellerupsejlklub and @dansksejlunion for making this regatta a huge success!

And thanks to all of our commercial partners!

Winter training is officially over!

After spending the start of the year in Vilamoura and Mallorca clocking in hours on the water, we are now heading home to do some work and recharge our batteries before the first regatta of the year coming up in the end of the month ⚡️

This last camp has been tough do to our gear being stuck in Granada after our van broke down! But now we have picked up all of our gear, rigged our boat, and got everything ready for the Trofeo Princesa Sofia Cup.

Thanks to our amazing friends and team members @sailingteamschmidt, @srsailing, and @nikosailing for helping us to get as much training done as possible on this camp! These heroes have lend us boat, wetsuits, and a car. You are the best!

Happy international women’s day!

We are so thankful to be surrounded by strong and empowering women everyday at the harbor!

Right now we are on Mallorca doing a training camp before the first Euro Cup of the year, that is being sailed here in the end of this month.

Unfortunately our van broke down on our way here, so our gear and boat is stuck on the mainland.

Thankfully we are a part of a dream team of women, so we have lend clothes from @sailingteamschmidt and a boat from @srsailing. Thanks to them we have been able to participate in the training camp and clocking hours on the water ⚡️

You girls all represent the essence of #livefemalextreme!
