Luckily, this doesn’t happen often in my chair, but when it does, the anxiety starts building!!

You’ve taken your time foiling for a beautiful result, then comes… “I need to be out by…”

And your heart sinks because you know there isn’t enough time.

Suddenly you’re second-guessing yourself. Should I have rushed the foils? Spaced them out more? Is that lift good enough?

These aren’t decisions we want to make under pressure. We want to do what your hair needs to get the result you came for.

If you have a deadline, please tell us before we start—ideally when booking—so we can be honest about what’s achievable.

We can plan your appointment around your time. We can’t make your hair lift to a deadline. love from FEMI Club 🤎 by @femi_clubb

22 years in this industry definitely hasn’t been one straight line.
There have been some incredible highs, with some incredible people along the way, but also plenty of moments where I’ve had to change direction, rebuild and start again.

I used to think success meant being busier, growing bigger and constantly doing more.
Somewhere along the way, that changed.

Now success looks a little different.
Creating something I genuinely love, doing work I’m proud of and building a business that works around the life I want.

New goals for who knows when but the dream of one day 🤞🏼 by @femi_clubb

Everyone’s definition of success looks different!

At 15 years old, I picked up my first set of scissors, not knowing hairdressing would become my career.

What started as a job quickly became something much bigger. I realised I wasn’t just doing hair—I was helping women feel like themselves again.

Looking back now, I had no idea where the journey would take me. I just knew I loved making people feel beautiful.

This week I’m sharing the story behind FÉMI. Not just the highlights, but everything that happened in between.

Tomorrow I’ll share one of the biggest challenges I’ve faced in business.

Mine started here…

New Branding after becoming a mum

Hours of work

Spending so many weekends working weddings

Growing from the ground up with collaborations

Moving from home hair into renting a chair

Improving my skills everyday with passion and motivation

To a whole new adventure

Learning to better my skills with every client and updated education

Her natural era is locked in! 🔒 by @femi_clubb

Not every extension transformation starts with a perfect canvas.

The colour and overall finish just was not it — and I genuinely wasn’t sure how much we could correct in one appointment.

The goal wasn’t simply to make her blonder. It was to create a softer, cleaner blend between her natural hair and extensions, correct the tone and create the seamless finish that beautiful hair extensions should have.

Because great extensions aren’t just about adding more hair — the colour match, placement and blend are what make them look and feel like your own.

And this result… 🤍

If your extensions aren’t blending, your colour feels disconnected, or you’re ready for a completely fresh set, book your personalised hair extension consultation at FÉMI Club, Bibra Lake via the link in bio. by @femi_clubb
