"No one cares how much you know until they know how much you care."

As men, we are often expected to give at home, at work, and in our communities. We pour into others, solve problems, lead, support, and carry responsibilities, often without much thought for ourselves.

That is why gestures of appreciation matter.

This Men's Mental Health Month, the team at James Cubitt Interiors reminded me that care can be expressed not only through words but through thoughtful actions. The card, the gift, and most importantly the message behind them served as a reminder that our wellbeing matters too.

Throwback Thursday

Flashback to just 3 weeks ago when the @badgang_ng & @jollofandpalmie Team was in full throttle mode, gearing up for the Jollof to the Streets Charity Event and the Epic Jollof and Palmie 5.0 event. 🥳💥

As I look back, it’s hard to believe the whirlwind months we had –After 7 months of meticulous & Intense preparation, over 11,000 registered attendees, countless site layout reviews, managing 40+ incredible vendors, the backing of 9 awesome sponsors, those nerve-testing moments and let’s not forget the infectious energy of the jam-packed venue, it all came together in a spectacular blend of food, flavors, music, and good vibes.

So, here’s to the memories we created, the connections we forged, and the incredible journey we embarked upon. Stay tuned for more adventures and remember WE DID JUST A THING🚀🔥
